I had the pleasure of working with Dan and Bryan for a windshield replacement and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish they were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Dan took the time to carefully explain the replacement process and made sure I understood what to expect.Dan’s and Bryan’s expertise in handling the replacement itself was evident. The installation was amazing and the quality of their work was top-notch. Not only did they finish the job faster than I expected, but they also took great care to clean up every little detail, leaving my car looking as good as new. What really stood out, though, was their customer-first attitude both Dan and Bryan were genuinely concerned about making sure I was completely satisfied with the job. Dana was incredible. In truth, I had a lot of anxiety about getting my glass replaced. The last time I went to safelite (different location), they messed up and I spent over 8 hours collectively between two days waiting for my car. Dana put all of that to ease. My wait time was maybe an hour considering she also had to re-calibrate my eyesight cameras for the new glass, and she replaced my registration and inspection stickers, as well as my ezpass stickers for my tag, back onto the glass in perfect order. Glory is in the little details, and I walked away from this experience not needing anything else. As I told her when she gave me my keys back, 10/10 would recommend her very specifically. She is incredible and deserves a raise for her excellence!

Car window was cracked. They made an appointment to fix the car. Needed to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. The car was started right away even though I was dropping off the car. The tech explained the process could take 2 to 3 hours. An hour later the car was done and they washed all the windows. The technician explained The warranty. The service was done in less time than expected. The car looked great. The technician was knowledgeable, informative and very professional. Should I have a issue with any of my car windows I will definitely return to this place.

be very careful with pricing, if you talk to someone on the phone they will try to sell you the highest package and not even give you the cheaper service package, they are hoping you don't even ask if there's anything cheaper. also add $100 to each one of their services, they don't tell you about this right away until you get the cost breakdown for your bill, they add $40 for recycling and if you want them to get there a little earlier they charge you 15 bucks, it usually ends up totaling another $100 on your bill.

Safelite. Jan 2025 What sticks out most to me on our exchange is how courteous, professional and friendly the service was. True customer first philosophy. Best communications possible throughout the entire scheduling and windshield replacement process. At some point in our life we all encounter an unfortunate windshield chip or crack. I have several times. I’m glad and grateful to have Safelite to depend on when these events crossed my path. I strongly recommend using Safelite - true professionals.

Recent strong winds brought a large branch down on the windshield of my car and shattered it. The process to have my windshield replaced by Safelite was seamless. The communication was excellent. The Safelite technician was professional and pleasant. My windshield was replaced in the parking lot at my job. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and convenient experience.

Safelite did a fantastic job on my cracked windshield. I used their mobile home service, in which they come directly to your house to fix your windshield. Andrew was my technician, and he was on time, respectful, a true professional, and he took much pride in his work. Will definitely recommend and use their services again should I ever need.

Needed a replacement because of a rock hitting our windshield on the drive up to NY state for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Not only were they able to fit us in to their busy schedule, but they also helped out with some discounts to lower the overall price. Great service and really good people here!
