Choice Auto Glass

I have been doing business with choice auto glass for a number of years and am very happy with their service. Just last week Chuck came to my house and worked on my 1987 Buick Grand National. He replaced my windshield and removed my rear window and cleaned the mess that someone made before I owned the car and re sealed and replaced the rear glass. His work was above and beyond any I have seen. The GN is a show car and I am glad I trusted Him with the Job. The work was exceptional and the price was great. I almost went to a big chain business because they were right in Ithaca, but very glad I did not. Choice beat their price by a third, were terrific to work with, and did a really nice job. They used first quality, name brand Glass from FUYAO, top shelf stuff. I had to reschedule more than once for my own reasons but they took it in stride and were professional, friendly, and knowledgable at all times. Choice came right to my driveway in Ithaca and were done in less than an hour - and that included touching up a little spot of rust in the windshield frame and mounting my accessories back on the windshield glass. Choice Auto Glass replaced the window regulator on my truck (the electric window motor), but three days later, the regulator broke again. I called Choice back and they sent a guy out the next day to put a new regulator in. It sucked that the first one they put in broke so quickly, but that kind of dedication to getting the job done right -- no questions asked -- is rare in this world. These guys are good and friendly and care about their work. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. I was visiting the area from new jersey and got hit by a huge rock on the way back from Niagara falls on a Friday night that left a hole and huge cracks. Even though they are listed as closed on Saturday one of the owners came in and replaced the windshield for me no problem. Even knowing that I was from out of state and in a bind they didn't hike up the prices. Honest, quick, and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

My car had been broken in and I called Choice on Thursday and they sent me the auto glass guy on Friday. We had missed each other because his calls didn’t get through but they allowed me to drive in past opening hours and fixed my car. They also did their best to fix my window regulator for me since that also got broken during the break in. Overall, great service and the workers were very friendly too!

Insurance company set up appointment with them to get my windshield replaced. They where told it had to be in the morning because I work 2nd shift. Day of appointment they call and half to reschedule because I need to go to work. Was scheduled for first thing the next week that day comes and they don't show up and want to reschedule for the next day. They are a joke and so is there customer service.

Got a person the first time I called, not an answering machine. She was pleasant and got me scheduled right away. An employee showed up when he said he would and filled a chip in my window. I don't even notice that it was every chipped. Price was good too. I'll add that Choice Auto Glass was recommended to me over their competition by all three mechanics I asked for a reference.

My grandson needed a back window replaced as it just blew apart. Thanks so much to Denise who had a window overnighted and the young man ( I think Brad) who installed it the next day. They were friendly and even gave us a call ahead of time to make sure we were prepared for window replacement. They had the lowest quote out of 4 separate shops maybe more and they even provided the windshield.
