Craftsman Auto Glass

Somebody recommended me to Craftsman Auto Glass for a windshield repair on my 2012 VW Jetta. My insurance company tried sending me to the company they work with which was WAY overpriced. Craftsman came and met me and had my new windshield installed and me on my way in 45 minutes....overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of glass repair.

My experience with Scott was hands down amazing. He was great to talk to and he always makes time for us. The owner of the company has been dealing with him for years. He's a man of his word and is easy to see how true of a guy he really is. Which makes doing business with him a pleasure. He has also worked on my personal vehicle. Came directly to my home. It started to rain a few seconds before he put the glass in( a tiny mist of water might have touch it ) . Due to my lack of experience with windshield application, I wouldn't have known that even a spec of water could ruin the adhesion process and could cause a leak later down the line. He waited there for the rain to stop and redid the entire process. As a car guy myself, I felt as if he treated my vehicle with the upmost respect. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone. Scott is truly a Craftsman.

Went in for appointment to diagnose the leaking water into cab of truck. The two gentleman looked at the truck and surmised the leak was within the 3rd taillight. They pulled the light and the area was full of water. They dried the area and light fixture and reinstalled. They took time to review the issue and made a good resolution to the issue. Two weeks later, no more leaking

Was referred to craftsman glass, called them up, an happened to get the owner, Scott on the phone, we chatted for almost an hour about my project car an getting a windshield in it. The day of the appointment, Scott came himself to install it! Great guy, he explained everything, was very thorough as he prepared everything for the install of the glass and it looks great!

Scott is the man, quick and professional service highly recommended for all glass repair and replacement needs, also his receptionist Bethany helped set up the appointment and got me in as soon as she could. I had them cut 12 pieces of flat glass for an antique car. Scott was great in advising and helping me get what I needed. When I picked the glass up, all pieces were perfectly hand cut and taped to my original pieces or template. It's nice to have a place like this that takes so much pride in their work. Thanks!

Always a pleasant company to work with both in shop and out of shop! A lot of attention to detail and truly would not recommend anyone else over craftsman auto glass! Locally owned and the owner Scott is a caring individual who understands situations you could be in! If I could do more than 5 stars I would!

This team is excellent. Had a windshield crack that my insurance company covered to have replaced here at Craftsman. Easy process— more importantly, excellent customer service. Felt cared for and valued the whole process. My gps took me to the wrong place but they still got me in, with no complaints!
