MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS

I recently had my window shield replaced by MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS. Eddie the Technician came out on 08/28/2024 ( I hope I got his name right) and did a wonderful job!! He was honest and knowledgeable about what he was doing!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work he did, he was in no rush to get the job done, and couldn’t have done a better job replacing my window shield!! I’ve had work done twice by safelite and they rush through the process to get the jobs done, and did a horrible job, putting some scars into the paint work on my vehicle, and had the nerve to tell me it was existing and it never happened with them!!! I would never recommend safelite to anyone!! You must try “MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS” you will never regret using them!! I would definitely recommend MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS!!!!

Well, for one, they clearly don’t make appointments, I had the run around for getting my windshield replaced. Told one day, then told last minute they couldn’t come. Same thing happened 2 times again. While I had to sit inside my house and wait on them and not be able to bring my kids anywhere to have fun, because they said “they can come at anytime we can call 20 minutes prior” and who can get two toddlers in car and back to house within 20 minutes on last minute call. Now they came and did my windshield today. Needed the keys to turn my car around in the driveway. Left my car lights on (thank god neighbors told me or else my battery would’ve been dead), AND they left my car in REVERSE and turned it off (it’s push button) and delft my windows in my car down, WITHOUT saying any of this. COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. Clearly the worker is too old to realize what he’s doing and can’t remember that the car is in reverse to put it in park prior to turning her car off. And he could have rolled the windows back up if he insisted on rolling them down or at least told someone. Worst experience ever and I Will NEVER be using this company ever again. I am impressed with how Mr. Windshield operates. Not only was I kept informed when my windshield would be replaced, I was treated with respect and provided with fantastic service. It began with Susie who arranges and manages all the office logistics scheduling work to be done. She was efficient and kind. I had my my car assessed within a half an hour after I called by Eddie. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He comes to you to assess vehicle and do the work. The next day Susie notified me work would be done that afternoon by Eddie. Half hour before his arrival I was again notified he would be arriving and what to expect. Eddie was on time, completed a 3 hour professional installation of windshield and provided information on aftercare. He exceeded my expectations of good service. He provided top notch quality service from start to finish. I highly recommended Mr. Windshield to any consumer. They made a stressful situation and repair comfortable and smooth. I contacted this business in regards to getting my front side window evaluated/fixed. Before I could give a detailed description of my issue I was denied service. I was explicitly told that if it’s a side window issue that it’s most likely the regulator and they do not handle those issues. I tried to explain that I believe the clip might have snapped and was told they also don’t do that. I then asked an absurd question, if the company works on side windows at all, and was told no. One would believe that if such was the case that I would be told that in the beginning of the conversation. Interestingly enough I didn’t blindly call the business but did some research into my issue. I’ve inserted the pictures detailing information opposite of what I was told. I’m not sure why I was denied service, could have been my AAVE that was sensed, or someone having a bad day. Either way it was a disgusting experience. Fast same day service. I was borrowing my mothers car and noticed a ding in the windshield. I called them up and told them that I needed to take care of it right away before getting it back to her that evening. They were willing to work with me last minute and I was able to meet them not too far from my house where their tech was installing a windshield for someone else. In between the steps of installing someone else’s windshield, he was able to fix the ding in my windshield. Definitely a well organized individual they have working for there company. Great job! Initially, I had an appointment with a national company to replace my car’s windshield but I was not happy with the process and timing of ordering the parts needed. I am glad I switched the company and contacted the Mr. windshield Auto Glass. From the beginning, Suzy was very helpful in ordering the parts needed to replace my car’s windshield in timely fashion, keeping me informed about its status, making appointment on a day and the time that was most convenient for me, and following up until the technician arrived my house. Windshield crack line of sight on brand new truck. Insurance recommended them so I Called them up and got it repaired within a few days despite calling late on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Told me how to cover the crack to avoid bigger issues untin they came over. Great service and help. Came to my house while I was working from home and watching my kids, 2ish hours to fully replace Windshield, calibrate heads up display, lane departure and other features that the truck came with (big worry of mine at first with the crack). Everything went smoothly and cleanly with the Windshield being basically like new again. Couldn't have gone any better! Would recommend them to family and friends no hesitation!

I would highly recommend Mr. Windshield to anyone who has car Windshield issues. My Windshield was really damaged by a rock on Thursday morning at 8:30 AM. By Friday at 2:30 the repairman came and by 4:00 I had a new Windshield. The worker was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to reattach my inspection sticker, registration and mileage stickers, which I thought was a nice touch. The prices were reasonable and the customer service people were great. Replacement of my windshield was handled with the best of care. Office staff was knowledgeable and helpful getting all my insurance claim completed. They were able to work with my schedule within reason so I could be available as needed for the technician to have access to my vehicle. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable as well so the overall professionalism was worth the 5 stars. I would use this company again and recommend to others. I was very impressed from the start with Mr. Windshield. The dispatcher is a very nice women who explains everything well. I had multiple follow up calls before service. The gentleman who came to replace my windshield was very nice. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly. He discovered rust underneath my windshield, which caused the crack, and sealed the rust to slow down further damage. I would highly suggest using Mr. Windshield if you need repair or replacement. Same price as safelite but it's a local company.
