This was the most unprofessional inconvenience I have ever experienced through any business. I originally called “Jet” he introduced himself as the “owner” when I first spoke to him over a week ago. So, Wednesday of last week I called in to get a quote for my husband’s driver side window. He had suggested that he might have a window that would fit. Once paid for my husband went to go get the window replaced and they advised him that it was the wrong one and he would have to pay extra for another part that was now supposedly broken. They promised they would have the new correct window in the very next day, seven days later still no window. Spoke to Jet this morning, very rude, very unprofessional I will never use this place again. I would suggest no one go to this place! They refused to give me my money back. Checked local automotive stores they actually had the “part” they said I needed in stock, cheaper then what was already charged to me. I price checked all auto glass repair shops near me and found Jet Auto Glass to be almost half the price of all the other quotes. It was a 3-hour drive to get to them, but when I arrived they were finishing the truck in front of me so I had to wait about four or five minutes before they started on mine. The guys were friendly and talked to me while I watched them replaced my windshield. And only took about 30 minutes for them to finish the install. Could not believe the total time was less than 45 minutes to have a windshield replaced and pay the bill. I stayed in Roswell a couple of hours and then drove home with no problems. I highly recommend them to repair any auto window needing repair. If I break another windshield, I will drive to Jet city auto glass again. Highly recommend these guys. They do quality work, cheaper than anyone else and they got me in and out super fast.

Brought him the back hatch door from my truck camper shell. Told him it didn't need to be glass, plexi would fine, and it unscrewed from the camper so I could leave it with him. He Said he'd do it for $250 and he'd have in 2 days. I called after a week, he was too busy, Another week suggested he didn't have time and to just come and get it and he'd return my down payment. I Got there and he'd lost one of the pieces of the door, but he'd find it. A month of Calls...nope. Meanwhile I'm going nuts trying to find a replacement ...going to have have one custom made cause the camper was purchased over 20 years ago....when asked what he was going to do about replacing it, he suggested that thatwas my problem. My insurance company set me up with an appointment to fix one large chip, and two small ones. After the tech repaired the large one, and I saw that I could have repaired it better myself with a tube of clear drying superglue or epoxy and a razor blade, I didn't bother to have them do the two smaller ones. I mentioned the poor quality of the repair to the tech. He basically said it was good enough and walked away. I went from having a chip, to having a cloudy chip. Hopefully they pulled enough moisture out and got enough epoxy in to at least keep it from spreading. But as stated earlier, if I wanted a poor quality repair that would have simply kept the chip from spreading, a $2.00 tube of superglue would have done the trick.

We had an appointment for a reason. Needed it done Friday, they couldn’t get to it til Monday so we pushed our clients back so my husband could stay in Roswell and wait for our 9:30 am Monday appointment just to find out the tech was instead sent to Maljamar for a more important client, pushing our appointment to 1:00. He Can’t be late getting back to work for our own clients in Tx, so these losers can eat the cost of the windshield and we’ll go somewhere else instead. Plus, we’ve been waiting a year for a windshield for a 1979 Ford pick up from them. I guess they have enough business they don’t care if they don’t care about the local repeat customers.

I had my car painted earlier this week and took it here to have the windshield replaced. My car came back with a deep scratch. They didn't even bother to clean the dashboard. I called the owner Josue and he said he was sure that the scratch was not from one of his workers buttons and stated that there was nothing placed to prevent the scratch from where his workers leaned to place the windshield. He said he is not responsible and blamed me for "intentionally" blaming them. Very unprofessional of him! I would not recommend this place whatsoever!

They replaced the windshield on my 77 ford welding truck. They did a great job! I found only one minor leak which was due to a dent right at the window gasket from hail!! There was no glass left in the pickup which surprised me due to the condition of the original windshield. Price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again!!! Traveling on vacation and found ourselves in eastern New Mexico. A gravel truck put two rock chips in our brand new windshield. Pulled into Roswell and found jet auto glass. Pulled up to see if he could get us in quickly and immediately started working on our windshield. 15 minutes later we were back on the road. Very affordable and didn’t take much time. I got a chip in my front window from a stray highway rock. I called another auto window repair and they were busy, gonna call me back. After waiting over an hour, I called Jet Auto Glass. They told me to come over. I did and within 30 minutes the small crack was fixed and the window clean. I recommend Jet Auto Glass for repairs and replacement. My grandmother took her car to get the windshield replaced. While getting the windshield replaced the guy leaned on the fender and dented it. The door would not open. The owner said that it had been wrecked before it was took in. The car was not wrecked. The owner didn’t want to admit it was one of his employees. She had the worst experience with the company.
