IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING. I contacted a few places and was recommended to go with A&W Auto Glass due to their fair pricing. When I called, I was quoted $369.65, which was a pleasant surprise as others were quoting me between $500-$600. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle after the repair, the total was $669. I was taken aback and informed the front desk about the initial quote of $369. She explained that the difference was due to a recalibration fee. While we had discussed this fee over the phone, I had understood that it was included in the $369, not an additional charge. Please note that this review is not regarding the quality of the glass work, as my glass was repaired and looks great. This review is about the dishonesty and what I feel was an almost fraudulent pricing practice. If you choose to work with them, it's important to inquire about any potential hidden fees and clarify all costs upfront. I ended up paying the total, even though it was outside of my budget, which unfortunately means we won't have enough for groceries for the next two weeks. I hope that moving forward, they will be more transparent with their pricing. I initially recommended them to friends, but after this experience, I called them back immediately to advise them against using A&W Auto Glass.

William and Jennifer are the owners and are honest and personable in solving your needs. I went in to have a severe glass chip to get fixed and it was fixed the best it could be considering how bad it was. William said he would credit me if I wanted to have the windshield replaced. At no time was there any pressure to get a new one, which I appreciated. Long story short I got a new windshield installed professionally and was reasonable enough I didn't even contact my insurance. A very honest, professional, and customer friendly place to do business. I highly recommend this business.

Brought my truck in to get the windows tinted.... the customer service was excellent, the quality of work is perfect, they were very quick to get the tint installed and I could not be happier with their work. The price for the quality of work they provided I feel is very fair and I absolutely recommend these folks to tint your vehicle.

Good business and the owner and his wife are great people and will do everything they can to help you with your car window needs they tint windows and repair or replace them as needed and they also install stereo systems for amazingly low prices I would recommend this place to anyone who wants tinting or stereo systems

Took about a week to get in so get your appointment asap also we bought parts elsewhere and they charged us 20 bucks more than originally told for installation. But all in all good service they knew exactly what the problem was from short conversation and work done in less than a day plus friendly service.

So Totally wanted them to fix my windshield. Young man said sir I have to be honest I don't believe that I can fix that without it cracking more. We are from Texas and he could just tried but he declined. 100% recommend just for that
