I enjoy using local businesses. Safelite included (although this is my first time actually coming to a Safelite shop). My service was great! I've had my windshield replaced by Safelite in the past and they are always professional. I have one point of irritation (that I will accept half responsibility for): when I arrived, at 7:46 AM, more than the 10 minute lead time asked of me by the Safelite Texts I received multiple times, I sat in the parking lot thinking that this would be like Discount Tire, or PEP Boys, or Jiffy Lube. When you pull up, a technician or representative comes out and asks you your business. That was my mistake. There were multiple technicians walking around my vehicle and going in and out of their shop and I thought for sure one of them would say "Morning, are you here for an appointment? You have to go in to check in." That didn't happen. Partly my fault to expect service like that. Lesson Learned. Still a good visit and, as always, professional work. Go check in with the desk when you get there because they will NOT be coming out to see if you are there for an appointment.

The ladies at the front desk were vague and not very helpful. I had a quote for $368 online then they charged me $842. I have a basic windshield with no eyesights and no special calibrations required. The ladies told me it was because of taxes (taxes should not cost $474). They had to really think about why it was upcharged. I booked this appointment online about a week before for the standard package (windshield and wiper blades) to ensure they had parts for my car. When I got there, they asked about changing my wiper blades but I said it was new, and maybe not today. However, I changed my mind 15mins later since my blades might have had broken glass on it, and I asked them to go with the original plan. They told me they don’t have my wiper blades in stock. I don’t know if they ever really had it in the first place. Jeremy was good though, he gave me specific instructions for my windshield and specific information on the warranty.

I want to express a sincere thank you to Jesse and the team at Safelite for the time spent helping me get to the bottom of my car troubles. When the dealership gave me an absurd and costly diagnosis it was easy to loose faith in people, but your act of kindness went a long way! When I arrived at Safelite upset and frustrated you immediately took the time to listen to me and share your knowledge on what might have been the problem with my van. Armed with the information you gave me and the cleared code, I was able to go back to the dealership and have them fix my van in a timely manner with no extra costs! I will certainly be back for all my auto glass needs as well as recommend you and Safelite to my friends and family. The world needs more people like you, my deepest thanks!

Quick fix to a shattered rear window at a reasonable price. Window broken Wednesday evening and new window was installed and life was back to normal Friday by 10am. Thank you! If you live in Alamogordo, good news, Safelite has a technician that lives locally. Even better, Jordan was experienced and efficient and did a quality job! Thank you for your professionalism and friendliness, Jordan! Safelite offered a discount code when I booked online after waiting a day and the remote service fee was waived. Also, I had already cleaned up 99% of the broken glass, so I requested an additional discount in the amount of the "disposal fee" and it was granted. A very positive experience, overall!

Failed to show up to the first three appointments then finally showed up and rudely complained about the condition of the car and gave a few reasons as to why he can’t do it. Then we removed hood and wipers because he didn’t want to be “liable” then he shows back up and says he doesn’t have time to do it. So we ask them to just sell me the glass alone so I could install myself and they wanted full price for no service. I would’ve agreed to pay it but he gets in the van and leaves. Absolute huge waste of time. Spent two weeks waiting for them to finally show up and do nothing not even sell me glass. Rude, very disrespectful and unhelpful employee.

When I called to make the appointment, the lady was extremely helpful. When I got there, they took my car right in, the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. although they didn’t speak much, they took my car in and repaired it right away. It was a little pricey, although it was worth it. I have to say I am very satisfying and I will recommend Safelite auto repair to anyone because I have used them in the past and they have done wonderful with my vehicles. I just called to get an estimate for a new windshield. They couldn't give me one. It came out that with my auto insurance I would be paying $1,044.00 for a new windshield. So I have to go into Safelite to get an estimate. Never heard of that before. So I'm supposed to go to all windshield repair shops now to get an estimate? Not only that, they don't come out to replace my windshield either. So why would I use Safelite? You got me! $1,000 for a little Honda ACCORD? Not in this lifetime!

The service was efficient and professional. Both the technician and the office person were informative and friendly making me feel like a valued customer. The work was done on time, and I am very happy with my new windshield and the recalibrations of my smart features. I also bought the windshield wipers which made it one stop to save me time. I booked the service through my Geico claim online the day before, so that was very easy and quick for both the claim and the service.

Safelite did an excellent job of repairing my windshield. Another location immediately told me that they were not responsible if my windshield cracked during the repair! Safelite never said such a thing! The technician looked at my windshield and immediately told me that there was no problem to fix it! Safelite was willing to come to my home or office but I didn't want want the technician in the hot sun since I didn't have a car port!

I’ve had my appointment rescheduled twice—both times on the day of the appointment—because the shop didn’t have the proper tool to replace my windshield. If the necessary equipment isn’t available, that should be communicated before the appointment, not at the last minute. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I’m hoping my things will get better in future.
