Jesse Ramos did an incredible job working on my window regulator and motor for my driver side window. Very fast and friendly service with a reliable job done in only 15 minutes. He was aware of my concern and made it a point to make sure what I needed to be done was done correctly. Spoke with a Jesse , told him I was from out of town needed a back window on a ford f 150 pk up, told him for a quote , he said he would get back with me if they have one at warehouse, never returned call, tried to get safelite but to no avail !! If you say you will call back do it , I called this place of business for a 5 star rating, not impressed!!!!!NegativeProfessionalism

He was very professional and fast. He came to my location which was very convenient. This was my first time getting a new windshield and he had no problem letting me watch and explaining to me what he was doing. Also, the price was the best I could find for that quality of work.
