Do not take your Subaru to them. They told us they don't like working on a Subaru, because it has 3 cameras and requires 5 safety checks. They replaced the windshield, but could not calibrate the safety system cameras. We took it to Subaru, and they said the cameras were installed incorrectly, possibly broken by Safelite. Back at Safelite, they replaced the windshield again with OEM glass, but could not calibrate the cameras. They said come back Monday at 8:00 and a specialist from Albuquerque would calibrate the cameras. I took it in for visit 3. At 11:00 I asked how it was going and was told I didn't have an appointment, the specialist wasn't coming, and they would get to it when they had time. We said we would take it to Subaru. Safelite threatened us that they would not pay Subaru to fix the problem, and it would void our warranty on the windshield. They said if Safelite broke the camera, they would not pay Subaru if we didn't allow Safelite to keep working on it. By this time, our car had been at Safelite for 15 hours over a period of 6 weeks. The district manager said he would not approve us taking our car to Subaru to get it fixed. We grudgingly went back. Finally, on the 4th visit, after 3 more hours and the technician watching some instructional videos, they got it calibrated. Seriously, don't take your Subaru to Farmington Safelite.

I had two windshields put in within four days of each other. Both were 2007 GMC Savana’s. I took one van to California within a couple hundred miles. The rubber trim blew off around the windshield. They gave me the runaround to make the repair on that vehicle. I then took the other 2007 GMC Savana to Silverton Colorado, same thing the rubber around the windshield fell off before fifty miles. I took that one back in to have repairs done, they transposed my vin # with somebody else’s. And will not make repairs. They say I have no warranty should it leak I’m out of luck, if the rubber falls off too bad, if I get a stone bruise, I don’t get it fixed for free or at their rate I have to pay 280 some dollars to have a stone repair fixed, so I guess a multi million dollar outfit they’re not gonna miss anything from a little guy like me! I contacted my insurance agent I have a fleet of vehicles they said they will contact Safelite.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Scheduled an appointment at the Farmington nm location. Dropped my truck off 30min early. The appointment was at 1 o'clock. I was was told that all the technicians were at lunch so they couldn't get to my truck until 1 o'clock. Since when does a shop shutdown for everyone to go to lunch. Waited until after 4 o'clock with no call from them. I go to check on the progress of the truck. They never touched it due to not having the correct calibration tool. Then they asked if I wanted to to reschedule for a later date. Why you don't have the right tools to do the job!? Plus the total cost of the windshield was double the price that I could get it a locally owned shop. I do not recommend using these people. Go to a locally owned shop and spend your money. You will probably get a better deal and keep it local.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Terrible customer service. Took my mother in laws vehicle in to get windshield replaced. Vehicle sat after it was replaced and noticed a big dent in the hood a day later. Called the # on the pamphlet they give you and left a voicemail. Finally got a hold of someone and they say “we don’t have voicemail”, info on website is wrong. Was told they will not fix it after the before and after pictures were looked at and no dent before windshield was replaced but after. They wouldn’t listen to us, said they did things when they didn’t and said it had been too long to do anything. Lady manager wouldn’t give a card and wouldn’t give us DM #. Will be waiting for a phone call that will probably never happen. Take pics of vehicles if you decide to use this company. They’re happy as long as they take your money.

Trying to charge me $100 deductible, while I have always had $50 deductible for windshield.. One windshield company I will not trust or work with anymore. People know how you have your own Insurance is set up. In this case I already knew how my insurance company and l had my Insurance setup. My insurance company contacted Hoodoo glass with no deductible. Safelite: I did call and talk to my Insurance Company. And I went to HooDoo Glass with no deductible paid. I'm really glad I left from Safelite Glass. I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO HOODOO GLASS AND TELL THEM I SENT YOU, AND LET HOODOO GLASS KNOW YOU READ MY REVIEW.

Edit: The initial visit was great, but my window was broken again within two weeks. The woman at the front desk tried to charge me almost $300 just to put a replacement part in again. Hopefully I'll have better luck elsewhere. I needed to have the regulator replaced in my driver's window. Safelite had ordered the wrong part and unfortunately did not carry the correct part in their warehouse. They helped me to get the correct part from Auto Zone and installed it that day. I appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure that my window was fixed. Bryan was a huge help. Great service!

Came in with a few small cracks in my windshield, one was a nickel size starburst. I arrived at 9:58 for my 10am appointment. They took my VW Atlas in immediately and they were finished in about 38 minutes. My insurance covered the cost. I'm glad they didn't try to sell me windshield wipers. Usually Safelite does and it's annoying how some try to pressure you into getting new ones. We drove 2 hours from Pagosa Springs, Colorado to get it fixed. I'd recommend coming here for any Windshield needs. Thank you!PositiveProfessionalism, Value

Poor installation quality. One of the corner brackets of my windshield fell off within 2 months. Although clearly linked to Safelight 2pth street Farmington's work, the company refused to repair it and attempted to mire me in excuses and beaurocratic layers of customer service contacts. Safelight used to be a good company but it's quality and service have fallen dramatically and prices now fleece customers without shame. For example, they charge $170+ to repair one (!!!!) chip on a windshield.NegativeQuality, Value

They came out to try to fill the crack in my window but it was just too cold. So I took it in the next day to replace the entire windshield. They were down three technicians, but they did a fantastic job. I think most places would have canceled some appointments because of being shorthanded. these guys really work their butts off. It was a little long of a wait but you can expect that when they're short-handed but they were awesome, professional, friendly and they did a fantastic job

I needed my windshield replaced and they offered a payment plan which makes it SO much easier for me! Then when it hot replaced Clayton the technician was so awesome!! He fixed a broken thing in my door completely unrelated to the windshield, and helped put my wipers on in the parking lot! The ones I personally bought not any provided by Safelite! He did a wonderful job and was truly so kind! Absolutely a 10/10!!
