This business is truly the best! Called to get a 2010 Tacoma windshield replaced, talked to a very professional and courteous gentleman. Scheduled the appointment, everything from drop off to pick up was very smooth. Very happy with the work that these guys did and that they also cleaned up from removing the old windshield , and put things back on the new windshield. These guys are honest and very thorough at what they do. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately it feels unfair to leave a rating for a shop i didn't choose, but the unfortunate reality is that i called these guys almost two weeks ago about replacing a windshield. Nobody answered the phone. That's not a problem. The problem is, i left a message and they still haven't called me back. That was enough time for me to locate a different vendor, order the windshield, wait a week and a half for my appointment, and have it installed (in my driveway), which is what i did, of course. I'd heard the service here is actually very good, from somebody i trust to say that. But it doesn't matter to me how good the service is if i can't contract the work. Sorry guys. I could have called back, or dropped in. But that one failure on such a simple courtesy... That's a deal breaker for me, and honestly, that's not my responsibility.

Phillip and his guys at East Mountain Auto Glass were more than willing to help me with my windshield replacement. After I called he had my windshield ready to go the next day and installed within about 45 mins! Knowledgeable and professional and friendly! Sometimes being a female can be uncomfortable when going to auto shops as they want to give you the run around or upgrade you, i was treated great! Phillip and his son are windshield supermen :) The only place I will deal with for windshield repairs and replacement. They made it incredibly conventient and easy for me to schedule and have my windsheild replaced. It's nice to go to a local shop with friendly service versus a corporate outfit. They took the time to explain the options and the process, and I was in and out quickly. I even got the ceramic coating for extra protection, and to help avoid another windsheild replacement. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Driving behind a semi, we got a star chip in our windshield. Found this spot on Google maps, and the reviews are all spot on. Mike is friendly and super knowledgeable. He had our glass flawless in less than 10 minutes, and he had helpful information if this happens in the future. Hopefully, you won’t need this repair, but if you do - take it to Mike.

On the way home from Albuquerque had a semi that couldn’t drive worth a damn. Went out of the lanes and sprayed me with rocks. Stopped by… had a 2 minute wait. Windshield was repaired in 5 mins. Just got my windshield replaced here and they do amazing work! Got me scheduled the next day no hassle, and I can’t say enough good about them. The replacement took no more than 30 minutes and they were so friendly! I will definitely be using them for any and all glass needs and you should too!
