After calling many places, visiting and emailing many websites. Jessica responded with not only the best price but, extraordinary customer service. I had a list of questions which she happily answered. She called ME back and requested some photos to confirm the job. I thought it was a quarter glass panel however, it was a vent glass panel. After happily redoing the estimate, I am overwhelmed with the highly capable skills that Jessica demonstrated. Extreme Auto Glass saved me so much money. I recently purchased a car and not even 2 days later, I got a crack in my windshield. I panicked to find a decent service and Extreme Auto is what I chose. I do not regret this! Lucas was very professional and quick with the windshield replacement. He was patient with the many questions I had and delivered an overall amazing experience. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. There was actually an issue with the install that caused a leak and some damage to our vehicle. The owner could have fought us on the repairs but he was very friendly and understanding. He personally came out and fixed the seal and reimbursed us our out of pocket costs and then some. Things happen... I don’t believe for a minute that the technician had any idea the seal had rolled a little. We have replaced windshields in both our cars in the last year with this company. The price came in lower than with the other shops I called, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, and finished quickly. Less than an hour after installation on our van (when you aren't meant to pressure wash the car), we had a violent storm that affected the windshield. They repaired it very quickly at no extra charge. I don't know what it is about NM destroying windshields so often, but I do know who to call if it happens again.

Price was great and the workmanship was even better! I had my 1985 Land Cruiser's windows tinted almost 2 years ago now. I got the ceramic tint on all the class. Although they mis-quoted me, and priced the work too low, they stayed true to the quote and left me with a spectacular result. The ceramic tint keeps the heat out and looks great! No need for sunglasses anymore. No bubble or signs of age yet! But even if there was, there is a lifetime warranty on the ceramic tint!

My Husband called many places, Extreme auto glass was by far the most affordable in town. Highly recommend. Originally had an appointment with Safelite and their technician played me saying he showed up but never called and claims he did. Was a blessing in disguise because Jonathan came out and made sure my window was handled even if he had to stay working late. That’s the kind of customer service these corporations cannot provide and is why I will be going to Extreme auto glass anytime my vehicle needs glass replaced. Thank you for being amazing!

After dealing with safelite over the wrong windshield being ordered 3 times and having it replaced twice by them. Multiple days of calling, being put on hold, transfered to the wrong person, hours and hours on the phone. Big companies are discouraging. I called 4 places for a quote and all were within $1 of each other including Extremeauto glass. Then I get a text from Extreme auto glass saying if I book an appointment, I will get a $30 discount. So I call expecting a discount and am told they already added a $75 discount to get me to the same price as the other 3 quotes and if they apply the $30 discount they take away the magical $75 discount. It was at this point I walked away.
