I am extremely dissatisfied with the complete lack of professionalism at Auto Glass Now. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disrespectful. Cassandra, who is supposedly the general manager, made it painfully clear that she does not care about my situation and has “more important matters to take care of.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable from anyone in a management position. They have been blatantly lying about the status of my windshield, repeatedly telling me that Lexus has neither ordered nor received the replacement. Fed up with the misinformation, I took the initiative to call Lexus directly. Lexus confirmed that they received the windshield quite some time ago, yet Auto Glass Now never reached out to confirm or arrange payment for it. To add insult to injury, I was forced to pay my deductible a full week ago — something I’ve never encountered before, as typically the deductible is paid after the repair is complete. This whole ordeal reeks of disorganization and dishonesty. I am absolutely disgusted by Cassandra’s attitude and the way this entire situation has been handled. Auto Glass Now needs to seriously reconsider their customer service approach, and I strongly suggest that Cassandra either be retrained on how to treat customers with basic respect or be removed from her position altogether. On top of everything, I am still waiting for the actual service to be provided. If it were possible to rate Auto Glass Now less than one star, I absolutely would. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish.

Making the appointment was easy to get my free chip repair after having a windshield replaced. I called on a Tuesday to make my appointment for Friday. I did not get any kind of confirmation about the appointment until late Thursday. That’s when I realized that they have a completely different car that I’ve never owned in file and that they had the appointment booked at a location different than where I got the windshield replaced. When I made the appointment on Tuesday, I confirmed the car year, make, model and location on the phone was correct off of what the person on the phone was telling me. At this point, it is too late to correct the appointment as there were no appointments available for the same day at the other location. Eventually the person at the front desk at the Menaul location was able to see my receipt from my windshield so the chip repair was covered under warranty. I was assured the whole appointment was going to be put in correctly. The concern here is that when I received my receipt for the chip repair afterwards, my VIN is now attached to this car that I have never owned. It just seems like a nightmare waiting to happen if I ever need to get any of this work done under car insurance. Everything was correct the first time I got my windshield replaced so I don’t know how things could’ve gotten so royally messed up.

I'm ready to sue. 5 things wrong with my services at Horizon Auto Glass and Tint. 1. My rearview mirror was stolen/broken/misplaced. The reason I know is because the one they put on doesn't display the temperature or direction I am driving. 2. My rearview mirror was placed too low. The guy told me the new windshield comes with the attachments for the rearview mirror, they didn't put it like that. My suv has a unicorn horn. 3. They scratched my dashboard in several places. They didn't put anything down to cover it prior to placing their tools on it. 4. I ordered a custom tint for the windshield, they choose to do it regular. They did fix the tint. 5. They charged me for clips I didn't need, which was refunded to me after they realized the error. This shop lacks accountability and respect for others property. Please don't think that I like leaving a one-star rating to any place (especially small businesses). I often try and refrain from doing it if I can let it pass. But after considering it in this case, I just couldn't. So I went to replace my windshield, by appointment, driving from 2 1/2 hours away. When I got there I was told they did not have the glass (!?). They proposed to make a repair, for $50. What could I do then but accept? I couldn't continue to risk driving with a cracked windshield, go back home 2 1/2 hours, and then come back again. Well, the repair lasted some 6 weeks. Now I am $50 (plus taxes) short, and will have to lose another 5 hours and replace my windshield at another shop. On the positive side I have to say both employees I dealt with were very nice.

I called for a quote on a tint and the guy on the phone was clueless and couldn’t give me one. They got me in touch with someone from the actual local shop and they quoted me $75. I called to schedule the appointment and the quote goes up to $100. Whatever, it’s annoying but $25 is not a dealbreaker for me. Make the appointment. They call me the day before to cancel and reschedule me. Whatever. Fast forward to my rescheduled appointment, I’m driving over there, it’s literally 10 minutes before the appt and they call and cancel on me again. Turning into a weeks-long ordeal just to get two stupid windows tinted. I used them back when they were Horizon and was happy with the service and the work, but they are clearly under new management now and I would not recommend.

Auto Glass Now (formerly Horizon Glass) handled my windshield replacement in a timely manner. Based on initial conversation I had expected it to take longer due to availability of the OEM glass. The (Subaru) EyeSight system was re-calibrated at the same time, making for an easy one-stop experience. They also helped me get the insurance paperwork processed through my carrier without any issues. All in all, an experience that could not have been easier. And all the people I dealt with were all very personable and courteous. What more could I ask for?

Had someone shoot at my driver side window while on I25 toward Las Cruces. Contacted my insurance company to file a claim and was connected to Auto Glass Now. Cassandra was very understand and helpful. Was able to check inventory for my window and found stock in Phoenix. Paid the freight cost to have shipped to Albuquerque. Arrived in about a week which was quick. They called and had me bring my car in...an hour later...RESULTS! Very reasonable and service was superior in my book!!

It was a great experience. They were able to schedule an appointment a day after I called them. I had a deep rock chip on my 2022 Camero that had already to started to spread. Because of their quick response I was able to get the chip, crack repaired and did not need a new windshield. They were quick, professional and very friendly. Most importantly the deep, visible crack was almost invisible after they worked on it. I highly recommend their business.

I called Horizon Tint and spoke to Adam about getting French door glass tinted. He took the time to explain the process and showed me a couple different options. I wanted a mirror like reflection for both security and to keep the intense brightness out. Adam explained what to expect after the glass was tinted and was both polite and professional. Within moments of calling this company I was treated with respect and dignity. The question were pertinent and the cost was 42% less than the quotes I had received. There was follow-up calls and reminders of my appointment. I really appreciated this as it was a 2 1/3 hr drive to their location. It was professional and cost effective from the initial contact. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
