I am absolutely a fan of this facility and am amazed by the service received and a big thank you to Leah for making things happen and getting the job done this girl deserves a raise. Hello! I wanted to brag about one of your workers Leah and the phenomenal service that I received from her. I had a window replaced at the Rio Rancho location. I had issues as soon as I left the facility on a Friday. The weekend they are closed. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained everything just for them to send a guy to drive my car keep in mind they said they would take my vehicle and do a air test they not once did that at all and the guy argued that everything was okay and clearly the window was not okay as it sounded like glass breaking/ the window sounded uncomfortable. So with the gentleman by car I told him I will be calling back the manager that I spoke with and that explained everything that needed to be done. But to get to the point your employee made sure that my window worked as she had to reorder let's keep in mind that she tried to replace the window twice to make things right and it just did not work so she made it happen. She literally came to pick up my car multiple times to make sure my car was right. Thankful for her as she cleaned up another person's mess and never complained once and just got the job done. I am so thankful for and the service she provided she is wonderful individual with a big heart that makes sure her customers are taken care of that girl deserves a raise for her outstanding work she provided and let this customer happy and will only return to your location on San Pedro and Paseo Del Norte thank you thank you. Leah is an outstanding employee.

Plastic cowling cover had large gaps between it and windshield. I pointed out that the plastic clips on this cover were not clipped under the bottom edge of the glass, hence the likely cause of the gap. There were no gaps when I dropped it off. Installer tore rubber seal when removing or installing the plastic cowling cover. Two of the retaining clips that hold the cowling cover and rubber seal were missing. The upper windshield trim was some cheap after market part that protruded about 1/2” away from the windshield not like OEM which is nominally flush. There was also some loose rubber part used to “connect” the after market trim to the original trim at bottom corners of windshield. I’m certain this will eventually come loose at highway speeds. I should have insisted on OEM trim. Manager refused to fix the cowling gap or torn seal, because “it’s an old vehicle and cowling cover is sun damaged, we are not going to do anything to close the gap. This is a good install”. I will NEVER use Auto Glass Now again.

I had a sales person come into my office and tell me how great there service was so we decided to give they a try and let me tell you i will keep our business local from now on. i asked them to repair a chip on a windshield to give them a chance to see there work and lets just say they failed the chip does not look repaired at all. The tech put some residue on the crack and just called it good and left without telling anyone it was completed when we went out to check on the repair after i got an invoice for 150.00 which i was quoted 50.00. I called the store manager LEAH and she was very rude and just told me how great they are and how they meet all federal and state standards and it was repaired cause she could see the residue on the windshield. Anytime i would try and speak she would just talk over me. Needless to say we will never use them again nor would i ever recommend them to anyone ever.

Someone broke into my car and shattered my rear windshield and front passenger car. It happened on a Saturday and Auto Glass Now was the only one I was able to get a hold of. They got me in within two days (which was perfect since I’m flying out to visit family tomorrow) and had a quote for me over the phone. The lady at the front was incredible and was very kind when I found out that Geico was screwing me over. She worked to get me an even better deal on the price and the lobby was comfortable with coffee and internet so I was able to wait for the work to be done with very little stress.

FAST. COURTEOUS. FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE. What can I say? Apparently some snark tried to break into a friend’s car last night -a 20 yr old model. From calling our insurance agent, obtaining their vendor recommendation and speaking with Leah - we had an appt, they found the 1 window in town. By the end of the day Zach installed it, explained what he thought had happened and we were done. Like butter! Oh! And kudos to Victoria as well. These guys go into my Contacts en seguida! Oh my gosh... this shop is amazing! I needed a windshield replaced immediately... got scheduled for 1 day later... that morning I found out I didn't have glass coverage so I had to pay out-of-pocket. Learning this, the shop (manager Leah) offered me an incredible discount, which made paying cash not a bank-breaker! Thank you all so much! Our family owns 5 vehicles and we will definitely have future windshield replacements done here! This shop is professional, great prices and really nice employees. I recommend them highly. R. Leah did an amazing job helping me with my windshield rock chip. I was worried that I may have needed an appointment, but I walked in around noon on a weekday and my car was in their shop within 3 minutes. About 15 minutes later, it was completely fixed and I was on my way. Total cost was $50. MUCH cheaper than Safelite's estimate of $175 and also didn't have to wait over a week for an appointment. The fix looks great and barely can tell the chip was ever there. Will definitely come back if I ever need more done.

These people are Angels. They do everything possible to help you, fix the problems and get you back on the road in no time. Experience started a bit rocky. Whoever took the info for the original appointment put me at the wrong location and a week later than we set up even after I was told multiple times I'd be at the place and time I requested. Fortunately when I showed up where I expected my appointment to be, they were able to get me in the next day. They apologized for the mix up. I was out with a new windshield within 2 hours.
