I wish I would have read the reviews before dropping my car off here for a windshield replacement. As others have mentioned, the trim rails on our vehicle were lifted in the upper corners after windshield replacement here The auto rain wipers also didn’t work after pickup and they left dirty handprints all over the inside on the light gray fabric pillars. They did offer to attempt to fix these items so one more trip and another day it had to be dropped off for. Upon pickup, after repairs, nothing had been remedied. The tech had a take it or leave it attitude and said they were done trying. When I asked the tech point blank if the auto wipers were working, he said “Yes, I even tested them.” Auto wipers still didn’t work. BMW dealer said the sensor pad was was not for this vehicle and had been installed incorrectly. Dealer had them working in 5 minutes. Will definitely not go back, even if free. One positive was the lady named Rebekah at the counter. She was helpful on the phone and in person. She did what she could, but the techs just do poor work. .ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Giving this company 1 star is more than they deserve. I went in on Friday to get my windshield repaired. They told me it would take an hour and a half. I waited for 2 in a half hours to get it done. I also got charged 50 dollars more than what I was quoted. That was my fault I guess that it had sensors I did not know about. I took my vehicle home and waited the 24 hours to take the tape off like they asked. When I took the tape off I noticed that my outer molding was lifted up.*see picture. I took it back to them for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about that its just cosmetic. This is a brand new car 2019 chevy cruse and it was not like that when I brought it too them. They absolutely refused to do anything about it and that is an issue. I would not go back here and I hope no one goes there that wants their car to remain in good condition. The one star is even being gracious after what Iv had to deal with from them. I wish I read the reviews about the window replacement before I made my appt. I brought my bmw here to replace the windshield. Iv previously brought multiple cars for tinting. So I figured I could trust with my window repair. Turns out I left with the window now having an air flow when I hit 65 mph which was never an issue before. Brought the vehicle back and they claim the replaced it and it just needed the molding replaced. So I had it re done and the air noise is still continuing. The manager really didn’t care about my concern and pretty much told me it’s my problem since he won’t do anything else. Extremely disappointing and now I have to pay full price to have it corrected else where. Don’t waste your time and money. Poor quality and poor customer service. This glass company is a little more different than the rest of them that I called. The service at Astro Auto Glass is more personalized. I asked for a specific type manufacture name of glass , and yes they could provided it .These guys went further and advised me of a few other brand names and differences and showed me other windshields .I selected the windshield glass they recommended and was more than happy, not to mention they had it installed at the shop in about an hour. If your have a specific type glass manufacture you need they can get it right away for you, like in a day. I found out these guys work with several manufacturers not just a couple. Don't be shy ask them questions they will gladly help. There prices are very affordable and they have an excellent product warranty.

I am so happy with the service I received from Astro Auto Glass. I was in Mexico when a microburst ran through the parking lot that my vehicle was parked in & broke a rear, passenger side window out. I was able to get my key fob to the parking attendants. Astro Auto Glass answered several calls from my foreign number, sent emails when they couldn't get ahold of me on a foreign number & then, sent someone to do the repairs. When I arrived to my vehicle 2 plus months later the window was repaired & tinted, vehicle vacuumed out & no signs of any damage. Very professional administration, repairs & service. Great work! I tried tinting my own windows and paid for this mistake (lol!) So, I had nano-ceramic tint installed in my car by Astro Autoglass. Margaret and her team did an amazing and professional job. They made my appointment the next day and had my car done on the same day. Very happy with my 2013 Dodge Charger and I highly recommend them. My friends will be taking their RV and '49 Dodge truck to have their work done. Much thanks to Astro Auto Glass for their professional work :) Update: First hot day in Albuquerque (91*) and my car was 20* cooler on the inside. My phone didn’t even overheat! I spent the extra and got the ceramic tint...money well spent! Tint is great , no bubbles or peel. Great job! Highly recommended!

This company keeps requesting me to give them a review couple different times now. We have never used this company for any services. Only requested them to give us a quote for window replacement that they were over priced for. I will never use a company services that doesn't even know who their customers are or refuses to answer a note to take care of false review requests. Shows they could care less who their customers are, just want reviews to make them look better than they really. Come here if you want a new winshield and to pay an 300 dollars to fix your leather seat.The new windshield seems to be perfectly fine however immediately after I got back in the vehicle I saw that there was a tear in my passenger seat. I talked to the manager about it and she said she would review the cameras and give me a call back. She never called back and when I called her 2 days later she said the footage was now deleted and she hadn't seen anything. My seats were all in perfect condition beforehand and I wish I would have never came here. Beware if something goes wrong!

Took my 2023 GMC Sierra to astro a couple of months ago for a window replacement. A few hours after picking it up, I noticed that the door where the window was replaced no longer opens. When I called them about the issue, they rudely insisted they “only replaced the window” and didn’t touch anything else. They told me to bring it back in, but with the terrible customer service and dismissive attitude, I didn’t even bother wasting another minute. A professional shop should take responsibility for their work, not brush off customers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

They did everything they told me they would do when I made the appointment. I was able to speak to a real human to set up the replacement of a window regulator, got in within a day vs 2 weeks out at a chain place. It did cost more but we'll woth the extra care and ease of service. As an extra plus, I forgot the credit card I wanted to use at home. I gave them another and they held off running it until I called with the card I preferred about 40 mins later. Couldn't have done that at a chain shop. Definitely recommend them.
