Updated review: Exemplary customer service, fantastic repair work, and high quality glass replacement. I hardly know where to start in giving commendation: Firstly, as I said in the original draft of this review, written before my service took place because I was so impressed with the excellent communication during scheduling; the manner in which they take care of customers is above and beyond expectations, yet seemingly effortless and truly genuine. They gave clear expectations, then surpassed them in quality and timeliness of service. Although this was an unplanned expense, I can take comfort in their fair rates (especially compared to competitors) and excellent repair work. The reception area of the shop is an inviting design that combines function with aesthetic, feeling bright, clean, open and welcoming in a way that I would not have expected from a car body/repair shop. They have a snack station with teas and healthy snacks for those who chose to wait in the reception lobby (maybe coffee? I don't drink coffee so I didn't notice, but the teas looked great!). Overall the entire place was just comfortable and welcoming in ways that have set the bar far above other auto body or repair shops I've been in. I hope I don't have need for glass replacement in the future, but if I do, I know where to go to be in good hands. I will be recommending Clear Vision Auto Glass to everyone I know. Former review: I haven't had my windshield replaced yet, but with the level of superb customer service I'm receiving while asking questions and scheduling my in-shop appointment, I'm legitimately looking forward to my windshield replacement, which is otherwise an unplanned expense. Jennifer is very responsive via email communication, professional and courteous. The shop's pricing is fair compared to higher profile market competitors, and I really appreciate the diversity of payment options. I'm glad I found Clear Vision Auto Glass. Looking forward to being another satisfied customer.

I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars. PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.

What a great experience! Had to have my windshield replaced and recalibrated. Got 3 estimates and the other companies were cheaper because they do not recalibrate the glass after being replaced. And they told me I didn’t need to recalibrate my windshield because they don’t unplug the camera, I found out how dangerous that was when anthony from clear vision explained to me it must be recalibrated after any replacement with the “adas” system and to have them print on their letter head they would guarantee I would be safe if it wasn’t calibrated. All three companies said they will not provide me with this document. After that I knew these other companies were uneducated on the serious safety risk. Thank you to Jen and Anthony for helping me make the CLEAR DECISION and making me and my family feel safe and counting on my safe features to work properly. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding service!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I called this morning and they got me in same day and out less than an hour. They quoted a very competitive price from the beginning to replace my front windshield and almost $150 cheaper than Safelite. Safelite quoted me a higher price, but when they didn’t hear from me in a few days, they started sending coupons. Sorry, clear vision was very transparent and competitive price from the beginning. And I didn’t sacrifice quality one bit. The owner also looked at my driver side window and fixed it at no charge. It was going up real slow it just needed some silicone spray. Jen (I think was her name) in the front was outstanding also. Great customer service all around! Very professional office. I had the unfortunate incident of about four hours ago traveling home from work. Out of nowhere, a rock or something shot out of nowhere, hit my windshield and smashed it. I pulled off to the side of the road. I did remember that I had a friend of mine who had used the service. My biggest concern was I own a Tesla and it is almost impossible, if not impossible to have something taken care of without it being ordered as I was about to contact AAA to have the card. For just a shot iPhone call the company talk to a gentleman by the name of anthony. And I didn’t even know he was a certified Tesla parts dealer. Started out as a good experience but the job never got finished. My new windshield was going in when I realized the installer was gluing the gasket back together. It wasn't until I asked about it he told me the previous installer had damaged it... I was told if I can find a new gasket to call and schedule him to come out again, I even expected to pay for his time since it looked like it was a previous installer's mistake. After calling the office and being told "We will call you Monday or Tuesday", by Wednesday, I still had a half installed windshield and a new gasket. After paying for a windshield and installation, I had to install it myself and they still haven't called. I won't be holding my breath. I was driving around with a crack in my front window shield trying to hold off as long as possible due to financial issues. Although I have great car insurance, my deductible to get this repaired was more than the cost of the window. I had an appointment with Safelite Auto Glass, but kept putting it off. I ended up contacting Clear Vision Auto glass and requested a quote. The young lady got back to me promptly and they were less money than Safelite and they come to your home. SOLD! They also take your car insurance if you decide to go that route. They were professional, prompt and courteous. The worker sent me a text that he was on his way, got to my house at 7am, and window was replaced within an hour. I highly recommend this company.

There are moments in your life where customer service really stand out. I recall them here and there but the truly exceptional moments are few and far between. Today I had the fortune to have called Clear Vision hoping they may be able to help my daughter whose car had been broken into overnight. Well the guy who answered was very friendly and said he was in the shop and to have her stop in. My daughter was there within a half hour and her window was completely replaced 30 minutes later! Lucky they had her part in stock and Anthony was able to replace it while she waited. A customer for life for both me and my family, this is an experience I will recall many times in the future.
