I have used Vision Quest twice, to replace the windshield on my cars. Both times, their price was less than SafeLite and their service and quality have been stellar! There is a huge advantage in dealing with a small, local company, vs. a national giant. The owner, Joe, will go out of his way for you and make sure you are satisfied. My windshield broke a few days before Thanksgiving. Joe quickly gave me a quote, went out of his way to locate & expedite delivery of an OEM part that was needed, and had my new windshield installed before the Thanksgiving holiday. His staff is well trained, friendly and professional. I highly recommend you keep their number in your glove compartment for those times when you need your glass repaired or replaced.

I worked with Joe and Anthony to have a chip repaired on my windshield. They were both incredible to work with - very professional and friendly! Cannot say enough good things about this company! Explained the whole process to me and stayed on the phone while I filed a claim with my insurance company. Joe was actually the one who told me my insurance company would cover the repair at no cost, SO thankful to him for helping us save money right before the holidays! These guys are the best, I would recommend to anyone! They will work with your busy schedule and set up a time and location that works best for you. Will even travel to your work location to do the repair while you're working. How convenient! Thank you all!!

This was the second time I worked with Vision Quest Auto Glass. The first time was for a window chip, which they filled for me and the second was after my windshield was hit by a rock and needed to be replaced. From the first phone call, to setting up the appointment, to the installation - which conveniently took place in my garage - I had a great experience. They even bumped up my appointment time to accommodate a schedule conflict. Not only was I happy with the service, I think I ended up with a better quality replacement windshield than the one my car came with.

Russ's wrench in Clinton suggested I go here for my windshield repair. Courteous, quick, and under standard price for the area. After inspecting the windshield everything looks very solid and well done. They even replaced the ez-pass on the windshield for me. Only con which didn't affect my experience - I was orginally quoted 3 hours when making the appointment but upon arriving was told 4.5 - 5 hours. I told them I had a business appointment and it was done in 3.5 hours. Got to my meeting early. I will return here for any glass repair in the future.

I honestly NEVER leave reviews so that’s how you know this one is genuine. This place is great—they handled everything so promptly between coordinating getting the parts, working with my insurance company, setting up an appointment, and the installation. So, it's never fun getting a chip in your windshield by some dump truck on the highway, but stuff happens... and when it does, you can be certain, the entire team at Vision Quest Auto Glass are very fair, honest, courteous, professional, and very accomodating. Had my cracked windshield replaced at Vision Quest at the recommendation of my insurance agent's staff. Very satisfied! The owner Joe and his office staff were very friendly and extremely on top of their game. Scheduled a few days ahead. Glass was on hand when I arrived. In and out in about 90 minutes, including calibration of the safety technology which is needed after glass replacement. It was a bit of a trip from my home, but very glad I made the trip rather than going to a Safelite location.

This shop is great. Have read about going to one of the big box people for Audi and the nightmares they cause. Called these folks and they took it and dealt with my insurance company. It was flawless. Got the windshield done today and they showed me how whoever did it last time (Audi dealership) didn’t do it right. I would highly recommend these folks and will use them in the future. Dont go to the national guys go local they care about your service. Also nice new shop

This place is awesome. After having a lot of trouble finding the proper windshield for my car, I reached out to Vision Quest. I made the mistake of going with the big corporate monsters, but I should have known better. Not only did Vision Quest come right to my house, but they spent ample time on the phone with me, my insurance company, and finding the appropriate piece for my car. They handled my situation with professionalism and pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I was told by my insurance agent to contact Joe for the repair of my windshield. Anna at the front desk took my call and explained nicely to me that a simple and less expensive fix of the chip with the size less than a quarter would work. When I got there, Joe greeted me warmly and immediately brought the toolkits and repaired the chip. The shop is a customer-friendly place and I would recommend others who need help with the damaged windshield go to visit Joe.
