I was referred to John with Coastal Auto Glass by a friend when the NJ Turnpike debris decided it would ruin my day. With the information on my VIN, John provided me a fast quote and his honest and transparent feedback on the situation. When I was ready to schedule he got me in on a day that worked best for me. His crew (James & McCoy - thanks guys you rock) showed up when expected. The whole replacement took way less time than i'd ever expect and they provided me clear instructions for care for it over the next few days. Highly recommend based on their customer service as well as cost. You won't be disappointed.

Rick returned my call immediately. I scheduled an appointment, Rick kept me informed along the way by text, showed up on time, and was the ultimate professional. When you meet Rick, you immediately feel confident that he would do an excellent job. I am completely satisfied and the price was right. I would give him 10 stars but 5 stars is the limit!
