After waiting a few months to write this review, I am happy with the price point and the quality of work thus far, but there are things that almost drove me away from the start, and other things I did not enjoy about the service. I visited this location in person and it looked like it had just been ransacked. Nobody at the desk, no cars in the parking lot, trash everywhere, what looked like either customer documents or internal documents out in plain view on the front desk spread all over, and a dog sleeping in a cot in the garage area. I truly thought the place had just been robbed and the door left open and was about to call the business number or the police until somebody just showed up from the back after about 5 minutes of me just standing there yelling "hello!?". I was very turned off at this point but stayed after I got a quote at about half the price of Safelite including calibration of safety equipment. I was surprised to hear that they would come to me, which was convenient, but in reality, it would be much better if they could just do the work in their garage because with no temperature control, they had to run the car with heat on blast for an hour and a half, and I personally prefer not to idle my car at all. The second issue, was that my quoted price was not emailed or put in writing anywhere and they tried to jerk me around with the price after the work was completed. After 3 phone calls and three different quotes, we finally settled on a very reasonable price. Regardless I would have preferred to avoid all that. It was the same reason I turned away Safelite in the first place, for playing these games. The back and forth on price started because apparently there were codes on the computer scanner related to the safety equipment that for liability reasons, could not be cleared by the technician. Therefore, I would have to recalibrate through my dealer on my own, and my price was amended to reflect glass replacement only. The final thing I noticed is that the new glass reflects much more of the car's interior in the daytime, and that took some getting used to.

Terrible terrible terrible! Im really not one to write reviews but this place almost forced me to with their dismissive attitude. When I arrived they had no idea what I was there for although the insurance company just made the appointment for me a half an hour earlier and they were ready to do a replacement instead of a small crack repair. Good thing when one technician asked if I was waiting and it would take up to 3 hours I was there to ask if a repair took that long otherwise they would have replaced the windshield. As I have had this done before I know what an experienced repair man can do when he puts some effort into the job. The person who repaired this was done in 10 minutes and then just had the attitude like that’s the best I can do and walked away. I called the main customer service number to complain and they reached out to the Union location for them to contact me but of course they never did. I called again days later and customer service left a message for the regional manager to call me but that never happened either. I can only speak for repairs and not replacements but please take my advice and avoid this hole in the wall. I showed a picture of the job to another company and they said it looks like they just put in pit filler and that’s it. I know that no effort was put into this repair and that it looks exactly how I brought it in , anywhere else you wouldn’t even know that it happened. Hopefully with this review you don’t make the same mistake I made and avoid this dump.

excellent Experience here with auto glass. I was proud to give our business to this new business in union nj. We are from black diamond billiards, and had a broken glass on one of our ram3500 trucks, and we figured lets go support our local businesses in our city. we were not disappointed, the manager MATT was very helpful and cared towards our needs to give us what we needed at a very reasonable price. we left our truck with them over the weekend, since we stopped by last minute on a friday before close, and were told our truck will be done by the afternoon, and job done well as promised. we got several texts to let us know our vehical was ready for pickup, along with a call from the tech who worked on our car JAY. This is a well run business were not matter your job description, everyone is involved in communicating with customers to doing everything at the place, and that a sign of a great business when you have versatile team members who can handle everything from taking customers calls, to doing the job themselves! Give them your business!!!

So this happened. Frankly, we couldn’t get through on the phone system so we just drove over to our local Auto Glass Now shop in Union, NJ. We met Jay and within about a minute, he told us he could have it fixed, same day. Amazing. He and his guys did a great job. Good as new. On another note, I would urge upper management to fix the phone system. You’re loosing business and thus harming great, hard working employees. Back to Jay, I will be seeing him again soon regarding an old repair on a different vehicle. He has a solution for me. Very much appreciated!

I needed a new windshield for my ford explorer. I tried safelite, but couldn’t get a human to speak to, which rubbed me the wrong way. They quoted me $100 more than safe glass. Auto glass gave me a quote right away, and I got an appointment the next day. Their customer service is top tier. Jamillah was very helpful and friendly. She made the time fly by as I waited for my car to be serviced. The process was quick and swift. If I could give them more stars I would. Everyone there was amazing. This place was extremely unprofessional. I called them the day before they said they would order my windshield and come to my house to repair it. The time frame was from 8 AM to 6 PM my husband called before 6 PM and they said they were on their way yet no one showed up. I missed work just for nothing, definitely would not recommend their terrible at customer service. Don’t even waste your time all they’re going to tell you is that they’re sorry that they couldn’t make it and they don’t care about your time.

I went here after Safelite rescheduled me TWICE!! The service here was great. Jay was AWESOME. Well Mannered and respectful He worked with me on the price to make it affordable for me to get both of my vehicles done. He serviced both in a timely manner. Everything came out Neat. He broke everything down to me to make sure I understood everything that was going on with the service. All my stickers were replaced just an overall 10/10. Make sure you speak with Jay if you decide to go here.

It was easy to make an appointment. The guys were ready and waiting for me when I got there. I was happy that they could replace the windshield and calibrate all at the same time. I did learn from other windshield replacement places that even though you have the convenience of replacing in your driveway, you still have to take it to be recalibrated. this place did it all at one time in about two hours. Nice friendly technicians. No complaints.

Terrible experience. Day of installation staff was 20 minutes late, that should have been my warning. Fast forward 30 days later and the exterior trim on the outside of the window flys off on rt. 287. I take it someplace else to find out that they didn't install the trim correctly. Then find out the windshield is not installed correct and its sticking out of the frame and its CRACKED! So frustrating, NEVER AGAIN!

I was quoted a great price, scheduled an appointment with Jorge, due to the extremely cold weather, I rescheduled to show the repaiman some consideration. What I got in return for rescheduling was a no call and no show. I even called to ensure and confirm the day of repair. Very unprofessional.. I'll pay more money and go with Safelite or Dubin Glass. Thanks for nothing.
