I called Alex at Classico Auto Glass on New Year’s Day (a holiday in which he was supposed to be closed) because my mom had her rear-view window shattered mid-drive on the NJ turnpike on a drive from DC to Maine. I checked all the Safelites and glass repair companies in the area and they all went to voicemail. Alex answered my call and gave me some advice to pass on to my mom. He then offered to put plastic on her window as a temporary fix to get her to Maine, despite technically being closed for the day.
