Unfortunately, I found my car this morning broken into; completely smashed-in passenger window and everything from the car strewn about on the sidewalk. It was very unerving. I called my Hyundai service center and they said it would cost $735 and would take five days for the window to arrive. Fortunately for me I found Arc on the internet. The owner, Jeannine, personally answered and was calming and reassuring. She said to come in in one hour. Upon arrival, two gentleman named George and Randy removed the door panel and vacuumed and cleaned the car completely. Every shard of glass gone! The new window arrived and was installed. I was out in one hour and ten minutes. Total cost including tax, $218.00. I cannot recommend Arc enough. From phone call to finish: 10/10!

So I went to Arc Auto Glass today because the weather stripping on my windshield was falling off and I wanted to see what can be done to fix it. As I walked up to the front desk I was greeted by a very kind lady. I told her what happened and immediately she told me to go outside to meet with a worker to see what happened. Walking to my car (98 Honda Civic) I met the worker (I believe his name is Jose) and quickly he told me to pull my car into the garage. He looked at the windshield inspected it and started to fix the loose weather stripping. He was very kind and down to earth. In less than 10 minutes everything was done. I must say I am very pleased with the service I was provided at Arc Auto Glass and will always be a customer there. I highly recommend them.

Super refreshing when you come across a business with this quality of customer service. I work outside of my home state and had a chunk of cement fly up from the opposite side of the freeway and shatter my sunroof while driving and had to get it replaced ASAP. The lady who handles the phones at Arc not only remained patient with me over the phone while I was in a poor cell service area, but in the time I was struggling to get service she was calling around to salvage yards to locate the specific window my vehicle needed because it would’ve taken 2 weeks ordering directly from Jeep. I came in the second they opened and they got me in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!

I called because I had a small Crack in the windshield smaller than a dime. The lady on the phone said they fix this all the time and made appointment for next day. I went to the appointment with my husband and the lady then explained that they will drill a hole and fill with apoxy, it will not look like it does now, you will see a tiny spec. Upon paying and picking up vehicle, the spot looks much worse and larger than at drop off. She then quoted an exuberant price to replace entire windshield. Janine was very helpful & very professional. She expedited my windshield replacement, The car's windshield needs some kind of calibration because of some sensors. The other auto glass company didn't give assurance that it will be done one shot. They'll install it & have it calibrated, but not sure that it will work alright. The answer was, "Then you just have to go to the dealership to have it calibrated." Then that would be additional expenses & waste of my time. So glad Arc Auto Glass did an excellent job! Their techician was very knowledgeable & highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

I don’t often do reviews but wanted to say that after a very depressing week where my vehicle was broken into and personal items stolen from my car Arc Glass has been a refreshing experience! No one wants to or should have to go through this situation but after receiving a fair quote with-no surprises and savings after paying cash, having the service done and finished before expected, and receiving great customer service throughout I would definitely recommend this place! Broke my own window when my weed wacker threw a rock at it. Found this company online. Simply called them and gave them my model number. Received quote over the phone which is exactly what I was charged. Less expensive than I anticipated. Never met anyone, I used their key drop. Very ideal location. Was convenient for me since I was able to get a bus to and from NYC for work - in front of their shop! Very very very pleased. Great experience with this business. It was very easy to set up an appointment. Receptionist was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process while handling this through an insurance claim. I thought it would be a problem leaving my dashcam mount on the windshield, but the tech removed it safely and even replaced the adhesive! Excellent, pleasant, professional service, from the time I booked my appointment with Jenine, after being referred here by Brian from Jiffy Lube in Belleville, through the quick 2 hour service, while I waited in a pleasant waiting room from 8:00 AM -10:00 AM on a Saturday. This was after my dealer told me I would have to leave my Jeep for 3 days and rent a car! Price was exactly as quoted with no surprises! Shop was clean, organized and efficient. Highly recommend! 😀
