Replacing a tired, pitted windshield in my SUV. Priced another National brand and Auto Glass Direct and went with Auto as they came in much less. Made the appointment but they needed to postpone one day as the glass received for my job was 'damaged.' So they care about their work and reputation. Made the visit at the appointed hour and asked how long the job takes. Mind you, this is remove and replace the windshield and 'recalibrate' the vehicle safety system camera in the windshield. 1 hour or so I was told. I chuckled. Yeah, okay. 50 minutes later I was summoned outside, glass is in, calibration done, have a great day! WOW! Beautiful job, excellent work! He even managed to transfer the inspection sticker intact eliminating my need to go get a new one at the beloved MVC. I had Juan M as my tech. He received me upon my arrival. It was like meeting a long-time neighbor or acquaintance. Very friendly, well-spoken, professional, courteous. I was very happy and comfortable knowing he was my mechanic. He's a valuable employee for Auto Glass for certain! All things as they were for me, I highly recommend Auto Glass Direct for any glazing for your vehicle!

Steven and his crew are absolutely amazing! It was one of the best service experiences that I ever had and I highly recommend them. More importantly, Steven is very efficient, courteous, cordial and sincere, which are admirable qualities and I have never been so pleased. He is also a person of his word and makes the experience seamless and easy. Based on the foregoing, I will never use anyone else for my auto glass. These guys were the best! Other shops refused to repair the leak I had on my fj cruiser. They claimed it was too difficult and time consuming! Auto glass direct came to my home, removed the old windshield, repaired the rust in window cowl caused by previous glass company replacing glass improperly. They then primed the metal surface, sealed the new window properly. Very conscientious employees! Will use again if need arises! Don’t call anyone else if you want it done right! These guys are the absolute best. Watching them work on my truck you can really tell they care about their work. I had rust around my windshield they previously causing it to leak (due to the age of the truck not their install), they could have easily said sorry that's your problem but instead they went above and beyond, helping me fix the rust, filling holes and putting a brand new windshield in, all after hours on a weekday. There's nobody better around!

The customer service provided from my initial request all the way through to the actual replacement itself, was top notch!!! Process was so easy . Great job done , very satisfied. Location , easy to find, friendly owner and tech. Price was affordable and fair.
