I had the best experience today at Quality Auto Glass. Ron, the manager explained everything with what to expect when they do the repair. I called the insurance and he got the thing he needed from NJM and we waited for a few minutes while they are working on my car. I highly recommend this company for windshield and glass repair for your car. They provide excellent customer service and I’m very satisfied with the work done to my car. Thank you!

Quality Auto Glass is one of the best Auto Glass Companies out there. They are very reliable, Honest and caring. I just had my Daughter’s car they’re fixed and Andrew did an awesome job. When I called Dylan answered the phone and he was very kind and helped me out with pricing. When I went to Drop off my daughter’s car. I was met at front desk by Dylan and Greg two awesome workers too the day I picked up the car. I was met at the front desk with Dylan Ron, the owner of Quality Auto Glass and Melissa and everybody was very kind and respectful, easy to work with easy to deal with, They made this experience, an awesome experience. I recommend Quality Auto Glass to anybody. They also do work with insurance good thing to know for the future in case I do need.

From the phone call to schedule the appointment, to the replacement of my windshield, my experience with Quality Auto Glass has been exceptional. Melissa is pleasant, delightful, and courteous. She was able to get my car in quickly and helped deliver a seemless, stress-free experience. I was a little nervous when a huge rock hit my windshield and the crack spread quickly but Melissa was able to put my mind at ease. I had a previous windshield replaced in 2019 and I'm glad I chose to go back again. This family owned business deserves the credit for a job well done! They had no issues with install or recalibration and they got my car done early. What more can you ask for. Thank you!

Hello everyone i just took my food truck to quality auto glass to install a tinted glass to my gelato case opening, the truck was built with plexi glass that was an eye sore to my gelato!! I went to quality auto glass and they made my truck cone back to life. From the moment that i walked in i knew they were going to do a great job. Ron the owner came out and explained the process ( very detailed) I went to pick it up today I was blown away how beautiful, neat, and meticulous job they did, everyone should check them out they are truly the BEST!!! Folks from this small business truly value their job. The tech was sharp on time, maintained crystal communication right from the beginning and diligently worked to get the windshield fixed. I was pleasantly impressed with their speed, accuracy & humility. Not once did they try to engage in upselling of any kind, instead focused solely on the assigned job. Their charges were most reasonable , considering this was a home visit. I will most definitely recommend this business to anyone with a windshield issue in NJ. They are a wonderful company with astute business ethics. You guys rock !

From the first phone call, to picking up my car when it was ready, everyone was so helpful, so professional and personable. They were able to help me right away and answered all my questions. Not only the quality of customer service was amazing, but the quality of the work was also phenomenal. My windows were replaced and my car was completely cleaned. What a great 😊 feeling to have my driver’s side window in full operation again! Boss-man Ron got me a great deal on the regulator I needed for my 2012 Pathfinder. And Melissa and Dylan were diligent in keeping me informed about my order, even when it was backlogged! And the tech Andrew sealed the deal with a perfect installation! Needed a windshield for my 21 Silverado. Originally called and spoke to Dylan about an estimate. When the time came i called and spoke to Melissa and had an appointment the next day. Quality called me in the morning to double check the address and to let me know im the next stop and they are on their way. Two people came Juan and Jairo. Overall took about an hour. Came out great with no damage and all cleaned up. Both guys were excellent. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
