While I was not able to use this company because of limitations with my insurance company, I feel compelled to leave a review based on competitive pricing, honesty and integrity. I had no clue about damaged windshields and could have been easily taken advantage of. Mike took a moment to guide me, explain about recalibration, dedicated his time to helping me understand the importance of the job being done correctly, and the safety concerns I should be made aware of. My questions were many, and his patience and polite manner were commendable. His explanation of repairing a rock crack immediately was good information, as weather can be the enemy in many of these cases. I apologized to Mike that I was being referred to Safelite through my insurance company even though the price was higher, but complimented him on what I value most from people - his honesty and integrity. I have saved his number for the future to refer family and friends, as needed. His reviews obviously speak for themselves, but again, I feel he earned this review. Thank you for the time you dedicated to my many questions!

I was truly shocked by how good these guys were. My rear windshield literally exploded out of nowhere and Nissan wouldn’t cover it. After almost going through Safelite and calling other shops that couldn’t fix it for 1-3 weeks, I called this shop which is right near me. Mike was beyond helpful, polite, explained to me how my insurance would work. Once I called my insurance, they sent over a referral code and I called. Within LESS THAN 24 HOURS, they were at my place and fixed the glass in less than an hour. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were a life saver. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks guys! There are not many companies out there like American Auto Glass. Mike and his helper came to my house to replace my Toyota Highlander front windshield. Despite the weather suddenly changing on us, Mike was able to quickly replace the windshield. Extremely professional. I waited a month to give this review in case something pops up, and I must say, American Auto Glass windshield is way better than Toyota OEM. The car is quieter inside, with no leaks. I hope my bad luck with windshields ends here, but I am glad to know I can count on Mike’s service if I ever need it. 10/10

I had a wonderful experience replacing the front windshield on my Lexus. From the first call to the completion of the job, Mike, the owner, was courteous, honest, professional and communicated everything I should know about his workmanship and insurance concerns. They ( worked with his father)were very efficient, on time and came to my house to do the replacement. All in all, a very positive experience and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs car glass replacement.

I used this business almost a year ago now after I had multiple cracks in my windshield. They were able to order me the correct windshield within a day or two and the overall process was done within a few hours. Almost a year later and my windshield is holding up fantastic!
