Amazing costumer service! Called and scheduled an appointment with his them for my 2021 Jeep wrangler and was told can be completed that same afternoon which already blew my mind. I showed up and met with Steven and can tell right away he was great hard working man, great quality work, and very convenient due to offering mobile services for those was can come to the shop. As soon as I pulled in he went right to work. He Had me in and out and by no means I saying was rushed. He was just that good at what he does made it look easy. Can’t beat the price and service! Companies like this are a sadly a dying breed so wish them nothing but continued success. There is reason they are in business this long. I Will certainly be using again if needed and will recommend to family and peers.

Had to replace my rearview window, so I called Steven's Mobile, right from the 1st call, I was treated with friendly and kind service. The lady on the phone was very helpful and quick to address my concerns and answered all my questions. She gave me same day appt. and price over the phone. Steven showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. Steven and his assistant were very kind and friendly, their work was clean, and did a wonderful job, and were done with like 2hrs. The price was very fair, and will be using them again, I definitely do recommend

The tech was nice, yet, he didn't complete the job he forgot to reconnect wires for the side mirror and I could actually hear the wind blowing while riding inside of the car as i drove.. had to contact them again which he never made his wrong right..The Lady that answers the call was very rude and unprofessional!!! once I had call to let them know i had an issue with the service. ****SHE HUNG UP ON ME ***** i had to go to another business and pay more money.....sadly for me trying to support a small business....NEVER AGAIN!!! *****WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT******

Steven mobile auto glass is the absolute best. The service was amazing. They came to my home within a hour and fixed my car window shield. Most times you have to go to a shop and wait for hours that took them with 20 minutes or less to finish the job and the price was very reasonable. I am a very happy customer and I recommend that you call and let them service you. You WOULD NOT regret it. They are the best. And I would not go to anyone else after using them. This company is fantastic. I needed my front driver side window replaced so I called Safelite and was told to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. I think found Steven’s Mobile Auto Glass and gave them a call. The lady on the phone was fantastic and told me they could repair my window with an OEM glass that SAME day!! Needless to say, they showed up as promised, replaced my glass and now they gained a life long customer! The work was very quick and clean! Had a chip that turned into a crack almost the size of the entire windshield. I called around many places for offers and everyone I called wanted a ridiculous amount to replace it. I found Steven’s auto glass and saw the great reviews. I called and got an awesome price better then anywhere!!! Made the appointment in Paterson and was taken care of ASAP with a new windshield in under 30 minutes!!! Highly recommend. 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport was back on the road with everything 100%

I had to replace my windshield on my 2016 Hyundai elantra and what can I say the lady on the phone was so nice and calmed my fears. They got it done the very next day. And the price was great. The gentleman and his assistant got it done in half on hour. It also rained for 2 days after that and definitely no leaks. Thank you guys so much. I called at 8:30 and had my front windshield completely replaced by 1:30pm that same day! The price was great compared to other quotes I got (one main stream auto windshield replacement company quoted me more than double what Steven's Mobile Auto Glass charged me) and the installation was done timely and with a lot of care. My daughter’s windshield cracked horizontally all the way across! I emailed my info to Steve’s Auto Glass and heard from them within a few moments.
