I would just like to say the lady Wendy who works at this establishment is very rude with a nasty attitude & for no reason at all. After meeting a man named Carlos who seems like an ok guy & spending $230 dollars with this business for a windshield replacement and having to make 2 trips back after I left because they forgot to fix something back properly, they also left my seats dusty & dirty from all the debris that fell in my car from the replacement, It would have been nice if they wiped them clean for me but they did not & I was given no receipt. Once done you also will have to drive around with orange tape that they leave on t Carlos sad for 5 days until it dries which is very dissatisfying. I give them 2stars because the 2nd trip back for my receipt I go into the office & see Wendy on the phone. As I patiently wait I became curious about their business & who I had just given my money too. So I was asking her questions along the lines of who’s the owner & how long they’ve been in business. This lady became extremely defensive, unpleasant to talk to & highly negative with me for no reason at all. She didn’t know if I wanted to refer a friend/family to them or anything. She became nasty & asked do I go to other businesses & ask them questions & said other not nice things. It was such a terrible interaction with her & I would not tell anyone else to go there if that’s how they talk & treat customers who give their hard earned money to support their business.

I could write a book about my AMAZING experience at Popeyes Auto Glass. During a very tough time in my life my car was vandalized pretty severely. I was lost, on my own and confused. I didnt know what to do or where to begin. Luckily, I pulled in to Popeyes for a windshield but I got so much more. Vince was incredibly kind, responsible, attentive, responsive, understanding and personable. Vince was able to replace my windshield and 2 side windows swiftly and professionally. Also, he helped by referring me to other shops to Repair/replace all the additional damage on my car. He handled my car transport between shops, ensured my car was attended to within a timely manner, maintained consistent communication and personally made sure the job was done to satisfaction. Vince is highly knowledgeable in his craft and was also able to walk me through submitting my insurance claim. Popeyes should be your first and only choice for your auto glass needs!!

From the moment my husband and I pulled into this garage to the moment we left I was very pleased with the staff, their hospitality and service! This was a very friendly staff from front end to back, who assisted my husband and I in replacing our front windshield and I thought the pricing was fair. The service took maybe 30 minutes could not have been over a hour but time flew while we sat in the office, talked with people and were entertained. Everyone was very kind and professional but the smiles and laughter were a bonus! Overall I highly recommend this auto shop. My windshield is as good as new after a week of having had it replaced I have not a single complaint. Hopefully I won’t be returning with damages to my car but should I ever need to, I will without a doubt return to Popeye! Thank you guys!

Called this morning at 9:00AM for a new windshield for my 2005 Honda Civic DX. I was attended over the phone very professionally by, Vinny. He offered his mobile service and to come to me at 10:30AM at my job so I would not need to call out or clock in late. He was there at 10:20AM. Got the job done within an hour, taking out the old shattered glass and replaced with a new one. Super professional work as well as very responsive and great customer service. I had an amazing experience with Popeye Auto Glass! I bought a car from a dealership that had a cracked windshield, and Popeye took care of it quickly and professionally. From start to finish, they were efficient, respectful, and super engaging. What really stood out was how personable they were—they didn’t just do the job and say a few words like most auto shops. We had a full conversation while they worked, which made the time go by quickly and made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable. They still got the job done fast and did it right. Highly recommend them if you need any glass work done!

The worst ever. I hope I never brought the car over. Called and confirmed they have the glass and I make the trip over. They smashed glass and remove it without even have the glass on hand. And try to convince me use none slidable glass. The broken glass is now everywhere in the truck. The front and the back seat. Her son promised to get it done on Monday and Tuesday I had refund. The owner Wendy is mad. If you dont have it or can’t do it. You should told me before get my glass removed. Horrible experience and definitely not recommended.

They did my windshield and just blew air to take out all the glass pieces around the frame and all the inside of my car is glass. When I drove home I got a horrible rash on my face and hands I dont know if this can be a lawsuit. Will never come back.. And I'm not a professional but I think the space between the glass and the bottom plastic should be sealed not open for water to go through like that. I strongly dont recommend this place, if I knew I would pay extra $300 to get better service!! SmH

I had my rear window completely shattered by a rock, and Popeye Auto Glass LLC came to the rescue! He replaced the entire window quickly and professionally, and the quality of both the installation and the window itself was outstanding. You can tell he takes pride in his work, everything was done with precision and care. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, high-quality auto glass service. Thank you again!

My windshield cracked in the frigid weather I called Popeye Auto Glass LLC and was helped by Vin. I received a same day appointment and my windshield was installed in half an hour. Vin and his crew were courteous and professional. I’ve used them a few times over the years with other vehicles in my household and I have always been extremely satisfied. Their prices are so very reasonable.

They quoted me one price then up charged me when I arrived stating that “prices fluctuate daily” which was extremely odd but whatever. Then they completely cut up my dashboard. Not sure what their installation process is, but they cut up the front of my dashboard and there’s slits sticking out. Horrible, would not recommend. The lady checking me out was nice at least, she got them an extra star.
