I can not express enough how incredible Atlantic Auto Glass in North Haledon, NJ is! I had a small rock crack my windshield on the Garden State Parkway at the end of December. The crack grew overnight and unfortunately I needed a complete windshield replacement. I was going to go through Safelite, A NATIONAL GLASS COMPANY, (Yes, the one from the commercials). After 2 weeks of going back and forth with Safelite, about when they could actually get the windshield, I was eventually told that they COULD NOT GET ME A NEW WINDSHIELD!! Evidently, my 2023 Cadillac XT5 car was "too new" and there was "no stock" of my windshield anywhere! I called my insurance company who put me in touch with Jennifer at Atlantic Auto Glass in North Haledon, NJ. After one phone call with Jennifer at Atlantic Auto Glass, my mind was put to ease. Not only did Jennifer find me the windshield I needed, but she also scheduled a date for repairmen to come to my home and fix the windshield. In less than a week, the windshield was ordered, delivered and repaired! Now that is what I call service! The lesson here is...sometimes it actually pays to go to your local service provider rather than a National chain. My first experience with Atlantic Auto Glass was a positive one! Owner Jen worked with me to accommodate my teaching schedule and had an associate scheduled to arrive during my 40 minute prep. Todd arrived at the school on time (even called to let me know he was 10 minutes away) and was patient in dealing with the security measures taken by the school. Besides the fact he was a nice guy, he was knowledgeable, explained the reasoning for the need to replace the windshield, and was happy to make suggestions/ offer advice for future experiences. Three months later when I got another chip I knew exactly who to call. Again Jen worked to get an associate to my home the next day. Todd called when he was 10 minutes away and arrived on time. He was able to repair the chip and was more than happy to take a look at an unrelated mysterious whistling sound coming from somewhere on the drivers side. He took a drive with me to hear the noise and offered some suggestions to fix the problem. In a world where costumer service seems to be disappearing it was a delight to work with such a great company under a not so great circumstance. I am extremely happy with the work Atlantic Auto Glass has provided. I have used safelite for another vechile and it end up costing me 700 for a new computer because they installed the glass wrong and did not want to take responsibility for their work. Atlantic Auto Glass from the very beginning was attentive and did not make you feel like another number. Very welcoming and caring and professionals to the end. They came to my house and were very careful with my car and attention to detail. Vacuumed all the Glass out from the inner part of the door and in the vechile and from start to finished impressed on how careful they were taking care of my car. I had a fantastic experience with Atlantic Auto Glass! Todd replaced the back window on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and did an amazing job. He was right on time, super professional, and made sure every bit of broken glass was cleaned out-even from the panel and lock area. After the new window was installed, he went above and beyond by cleaning it and even took the time to clean my front windshield too! The price was unbeatable only $395.00 while other places I called (Including Safelite) were quoting anywhere from $500 to $750.00. On top of that the customer service was excellent. Jen, who made the appointment for me was an absolute doll-so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Todd and the team at Atlantic Auto Glass! Honest, efficient and affordable-what more could you ask for?

Amazing! I was recommended to Atlantic Auto Glass by a trusted body shop. They did not disappoint. They scheduled a day and time that worked for me and were prompt in arriving to my home. And they worked quickly and efficiently to replace my windshield. They were done in about an hour. And they did an amazing job, I'm very happy with their work. And all for a great price. Compare this to safelite who charges extra for a home visit and gives you a 4 hour window as to when they might arrive. Not to mention some of the nightmare reviews Safelite has. I'm very glad I decided to go with Atlantic Auto Glass instead. I will be going to them with any and all future Auto glass repairs that I might need. Highly recommended!

i purchased my car with a broken quarter glass a few months ago expecting it to be an easy repair, but when all 4 shops i brought it to said the window i purchased just wouldn’t work i went to JJ Auto Body who then told me i should contact Jen at Atlantic Auto Glass and see what they could do. she was very polite and professional and worked with my busy schedule to accommodate me. a tech came out this morning and was finally able to install the window! very quick and professional. i now know who to contact for future auto glass repairs i may need! highly recommend!!

Auto Glass without a doubt has to be the best company for replacing car windshields ! First you have Jen who runs the office and is kind, courteous and truly a professional! She will go out of her way to make sure that you're satisfied with the job done! Then you have the technician Ron who is truly a professional! That man knows what he's doing! Forget about Safelite! They cannot come close to Atlantic Auto Glass! I cannot say enough about this company! They are that good.

Wonderful company! I recently had a break in done to my vehicle over the holiday weekend and Atlantic auto glass scheduled me for the first operating business day. They came out to me. The technician was so kind. Very prompt work in terrible weather condition - it was pouring rain. I highly recommend them! After having my side window vandalized, I was told by their competitors that there was a glass shortage and I wouldn't be able to get my car fixed for some time. I called Atlantic and Jennifer was able to order the part and have it delivered. 2 days later, their installers came to my house and expertly installed my window and vacuumed out all the remaining glass. Atlantic from the initial phone call on “Sunday “ until the technician left my driveway this afternoon was top notch. Workmanship was performed perfectly and Jen in the office took care of all details. Highly recommend. Today 5-2-2023 I Just had another job performed by Atlantic once again top-notch I’d recommend them to anybody and good price.
