Unlike some other reviews, not available for same-day service when I discovered my car window was broken on a Sunday. When I texted to coordinate a time on the next business day which I was available, they were an hour late to arrive after the agreed time of 10:30am. The window was replaced and works fine, but they left a bunch of broken glass inside of my door and it still makes a horrible crunching noise whenever I close the door. I texted them soon after to coordinate a time to get the broken glass out of my door. I told them I was available the whole day but never was texted or called back to confirm their availability, so I've basically given up that they will ever vacuum out the broken glass from my door. For the money and effort I'm going to spend figuring out how to do it myself, I could have just spent the same amount on learning how to replace the window myself. Not only did they leave broken glass inside my door, but they damaged the interior trim of my car too. I do not recommend this business for auto glass repair. Spend a little bit more and go with a place like Safelite where they warranty their work (for example if they left broken glass inside of the door) and are easier to coordinate a time with. Pictures show damage to my car and all of the glass left behind in my door (which I had to remove myself!!)

I recently used Save Money Autoglass to replace the rear window on my Nissan Altima. Initially, I called them, but I received a text message instructing me to communicate via text, which I was fine with. We discussed the price, and after some tough negotiations, we agreed on $195 for the replacement. However, things went downhill from there. They told me that they would be at my house between the hours of 12 to 2 p.m. When 2:30 and then 2:40 rolled by, I texted them to ask if they were still on their way. They did not respond immediately and did not give me an updated time. Eventually, they called me at a later time to reschedule. The technician finally showed up at 4:30 p.m., over two hours past the initial time. There were no apologies, no explanations, no customer service—just a technician showing up late as if they hadn’t wasted my entire day. To make matters worse, after they completed the service, they did not properly clean up after themselves. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer time and cleanliness were extremely disappointing. I am very disappointed with the service from Save Money Autoglass and would not recommend them to others. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience.

I will start out by saying they did a good job putting my windshield in. On the other hand they don't have such great customer service. I was quoted $235 to do my windshield when I call them. They text me 30 minutes before arrival and told me they will be there shortly with a price quote of $275 for the job. I called him right away and asked him what happened to the $235 quote and why did he change his price. He apologized immediately and told me he made a mistake that it is $235. When he completed the job he told me that it was $275. This is bad for business.. If you quote someone a price you have to stand beside that price you can't wait until you complete the job and add money on. I did not argue at all I explained about the $235 price that I was quoted and asked why didn't he honor it and he said it was his boss's fault I had no problem paying the $275. This is deceptive Business practices And very petty for him to change the price like that because he is the same person that I spoke to that quoted me the $235 price.. I will not trust them enough to do business with them again.

Love these guys. Sunday I called every glass place in town either they didn't work or didn't pick up the phone. And some company told me I had to order the parts and then they will fix it smh. We got in touch with Orlando and he said he will be at my house in 5 min to fix my side window. He came and it took him less then a hour to fix it on a Sunday morning. He had everything in his van to get the job done. If he didn't come I would be driving my car with a missing window in the winter time.He was professional and definitely knew what he was doing and knew exactly what the problem was. Someone broke into my glass yesterday an I needed my window fixed ASAP. I called 4 Places prior to this one an they were all either expensive or didn’t have the window for My car on hand. This company had the window an gave me an amazing price! After calling 4 or 5 places to get a price quote for my broken glass. Save money auto glass was the best price going to fix the rare passenger window. He came to my house and did the job quickly and cleaned all the glass up for me he was very pleasant. Jose was incredible! My windshield cracked, so I called him in the morning, thinking I had to drive my car to him during my lunch hour. When someone does a good job , I think it's only right to let it been known. My FORD EXPEDITION PASSENGER WINDOW WAS SMASH OUT, I went on Google to find someone to fix it now. The first one I saw was (SAVE MONEY AUTO GLASS). I called. The guys came running 🏃‍♀️ They fix it at my home and also clean up some of the broken pieces of glass out my car for me.
