If I could give it zero stars I would.... I went to this place only because it was the closest to my residence. What a huge mistake....don't make the mistake I made. Take your vehicle anywhere but this company/location. First issue...when you call the number listed, it takes you to a call center. The actual number of the location is not listed nor do they give it out. The representative will tell you they will leave the manager a message to call you. Don't hold your breath for that callback. Second issue.....I paid $600 to replace the windshield of my QX80. I was told it was completed. However, it wasn't. I got home just to realize the molding was hanging off. I immediately called the number listed on Google and again received a call center representative that told me I'd be contacted by the manager. That never happened. It actually slipped my mind for about 3 weeks until I noticed the molding again. I called for a 3rd time and threatened to request a full refund if it wasn't rectified. I then got a callback 4 days later from the manager blaming an associate that no longer worked there as the reason my service was so terrible thus far. I was then pressured into getting my vehicle there the next day before they opened, so they could "squeeze me in." Remember, I was only coming back so they could finish the initial service. However, I made arrangements to get it there the next day. I received the vehicle approx 5 hours after I dropped it off, and I'm told the molding was fixed. This whole process from the initial appointment to service completion took almost 2 months. Third issue...the automatic windshield wiper function no longer works. It worked on my old windshield and I was told the new one cost $600 due to the automatic feature. They broke it or failed to reconnect the sensor. Fourth issue.....Fast forward a week after the job was "completed." I'm driving 65mph on the highway and literally hear and feel a ton of air coming into my car...guess from where....the windshield!!! Don't ever come to this location. I can't speak on all Auto Glass Now locations, but this one is definitely the bottom of the barrel. Quality of Service = F- Professionalism = F- I'll be making an appointment to go to a reputable auto glass business to properly seal the windshield on so I can't feel and hear air coming in. Taking my vehicle to this location was a total waste of time and money. If I had the time, I'd take them to small claims court. .

Avoid this business at all costs. I was the unfortunate one to try to go through Auto Glass Now Maple Shade for a windshield replacement and I am here to tell you to avoid them. I spoke to someone on the phone last Wednesday and they scheduled me for a mobile repair on Thursday. They said a tech would reach out to schedule the appointment anytime between 8am to 6pm. I waited until 12pm on Thursday before I gave them a call to see if the tech was still planning on coming and they reassured me the tech would be there by 6pm. They never came, so on Friday I called them at 8am to explain that nobody came nor did I hear anything. They assured me they would contact the shop to ensure a tech would be at my house again from 8am-6pm. 3:30pm comes and I have yet to hear anything so I call them AGAIN. This time, the representative tells me they are going to contact the district manager to ensure that a tech will be at my house by 6pm. They never show up again. They are closed on the weekend so Monday morning I call, AGAIN, demanding to speak to the manager. The manager explains to me how they had messaged the telephone operators to tell them that my repair could not be done by mobile, and that every time I called they supposedly told the telephone operators this... He explained that the telephone operators are new and they do not understand that the repair cannot be done by mobile... And that I'd have to drive 40 minutes away to a station that could do this repair (its a rear windshield). All of this time, going back and forth, being told that a tech was on the way just to be told that my repair is unable to be done in the first place. The Maple Shade store could have called me on Wednesday last week to tell me this replacement could not be done via mobile repair. Instead, they blame the phone operators who apparently are new and do not know what can and cannot be done. How embarrassing for a company. So do yourself a favor and avoid this poor establishment.

Initially received a quote from them and let them know that somebody else had beat their pricing. They responded and beat that quote, so I went with them. I set up an appointment for 9/7/24 and was told somebody would call me with a time frame. Around noon I had messaged that I hadn't received a call yet for the time frame. About 30 minutes later somebody called me saying the windshield they ordered had a crack so they couldn't come out. I was very understanding, and we rescheduled for the following Friday. Friday comes and I receive a text that my glass had not arrived, and it was on the night truck and we would have to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday. I told them that was fine, but I was now concerned because this is the second time. On Monday I texted them around noon to see if they were coming so I could be home right from work. No response, and on Tuesday I followed up, no response. Finally, I asked if they could just tell me they could not do the quote they gave more or the window at all so I could look for another company and no response. I rarely take time to write negative reviews because things happen, but I gave them ample chances to fix the issue and would have been fine with a simple "sorry we cannot do that," and I received neither. Update to response: The response of calling for assistance is too little too late. I gave the company multiple opportunities to fix the problem. Or even just say hey we cannot do your windshield for the price quoted. Why would I call to have the issue resolved if I already got it fixed somewhere else after not receiving responses?

My first call with a representative here went really well, they helped me with pricing since I was not using insurance. The second time I called to actually schedule, they told me the quoted price was much higher until they looked into the call notes. Which was fine, it got resolved. When I dropped off the car, it was just an awkward experience. I asked if it was ok to pick up my car later in the day and they said it was fine, but later I got 2 calls and a text asking me to come in immediately because there wasn’t going to be anyone in the shop. This was at around 1:30. Thankfully, I happened to already be on my way. The man who rung me up and gave me care instructions was great, very personable and thorough. When I got home, I noticed the weather stripping was loose. I called after the weekend, they told me to just come by the next day and they’d take a look. I asked if I could just come whenever or if there was a certain timeframe, they said just come by whenever. I stopped by after an appt at 1, and the shop was closed. I called again the next day and left a message 2 days ago and they have not gotten back to me yet. 1* added because they were cheaper than everyone else, and some of the people I spoke with were helpful, but overall wouldn’t recommend.

I had to replace a 2013 civic windshield (no special features or fancy electronics in the windshield). I initially came here because it was cheaper than safelite (safelite was $900 total, auto glass now was $350). They had to reschedule my initial appointment two weeks out the day before, but I was ok with it, because it was cheaper. When I went in, the manager was fantastic, polite and even found me a discount that wasn’t initially assigned to my price that knocked $50 off. The windshield had a slight imperfection right in my sight line that bent the light. Hard to notice until you’re driving. When I brought it back, the manager saw it, and agreed to replace it, no questions asked. I did have to wait for it to be reordered. Ultimately, once you get in, the service is great. You may have to wait a little longer, but that’s because they’re offering the best price and there’s high demand as a result. I was very happy with them. 5 stars

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........... They replaced my windshield in my new vehicle and the next day it rained and yes it leaked all over my dash. In fact it rained the next two days so I spent untold time trying to not have my dash ruined. I called and got someone that said they would contact the manager who never called me back because it was "the Weekend". So on Monday i was on the phone and it took forever to get the manager of the Maple Shade, NJ location on the line. finally he agreed to to "FIX" the problems and to bring the vehicle back in which i did. well the very next rain the windshield leaked again worse than the first time. long story short after many phone calls they agreed to replace the windshield and would give me a credit for the problems. Here we are months later and a number of calls to manager i still have not received the credit promised.

Tech had to reschedule a Wednesday appointment (per weather) for a Friday, then no call no showed leaving us with no window all weekend. Called the office, but no one reached out until Monday, when a different tech called- not to apologize- but to reschedule again. Luckily we were able to get a different shop to repair on Monday. Had to call the office twice to get them to confirm the cancellation. Total mess, and left the car window unrepeaied and the car was broken into because we could not get anyone to take it on a weekend due to the no call no show on Friday. Horrible service that caused additional damage. I will make sure no one I know ever get service from this shop.

I have glass EVERYWHERE! Trunk, backseat, floor, headrest, back rest, on the edge of both back doors and even on the outside of the car. Omg please don’t let me get started on customer service, the young man at the front desk was so RUDE! Watching shows just blasting it, seemed annoyed that I was paying for services. She/it had on a hoodie tightly stringed and hunched over the desk. Never offered me anything and I had to wait over an hour. The Guys who did the work was well mannered and respectful messy but still very nice. That front desk thing scares me I felt very uncomfortable in its presence, and wouldn’t recommend a soul here because of the thing at the front desk.

This windshield replacement company was suggested by my insurance. Had to reschedule appointment three times, missed a day in work because of it too. First day I had appointment in the AM they didn't show up at all, in the evening they called me that the guy had an emergency so i've rescheduled for next day, after waiting for them home all day. On 2nd day they delivered a damaged windshield so had to reschedule third time, when they arrived in the PM instead of 10am appointment and installed windshield, but couldn't do any of the required sensor recalibration because their machine was malfunctioning. Will make sure to avoid this company from now on.

Between the call center and the associate in the store it was an absolute nightmare. It seems that Edwin the manager is the only 1 that has some semblance of what is going on. This company stays in business in spite of themselves bc the scheduling is an absolute disaster. While I was sitting waiting for my car to be completed at least 3 other people had the very same terrible experience I did if not worse. I felt bad for the manager he has no support and incompetent staff. The price was decent but honestly don't know it's worth the hassle.
