No hassle how can you claim no hassle you take a deposit you schedule an appointment then you call and say the glass was damaged and you're getting a next day then you called me the next morning and tell me it's not coming in and it won't be in until next Thursday and can't do it until then then I call back to get a refund so I can get my window installed and your dispatch lady tells me the guy is still coming out now I had another company scheduled to come out this evening and put the window in who said they had it in stock but I need it my money back in order to pay it the lady assured me that Dave would be here tonight it takes about 3 hours to do that was around 3 it is now 5 and I call back and they tell me that Dave was never coming out today and that I can't have a refund until tomorrow now the company that was going to come out tonight and put it in cannot because it is too late and I do not have the funds to pay for it. Goodluck if you are going with them for your glass

Placed an order 4 days in advance for a broken window and the operator calls me the morning of the appointment telling me that they couldn’t get the part in time and won’t be able to get it at all. They did not contact me at any point during the 4 days to let me know this in advance when I only get one day off a week and they were extremely rude and told me to “go check a junkyard for it” over the phone. Their flexibility is not flexible I had to cancel my appointment because I was outta town and wanted to bring my truck to the shop and they said they can't do it at the shop unless early morning other than that they are just mobile...which would be convenient so I won't be recommending this shop
