Platinum Auto Glass

By far the worse Company ever on 3/3/25 I had a chip fixed by Noel. I have a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee and since the chip was low on the windshield I could live with the fix instead of replaing the entire windshield. Well as of Sunday 5/4/25 (2 mos later) the chip didnt seem to be fixed since my windshield cracked from the chip to the bootom and to the top of the windshield. I contacted them and received nothing. Basically told me that the repair is not guaranteed. I have had many chips repaired by SafeLite and never did the the windshield crack. On a 2008 Jeep Wrangler 3 chips fixed by Safelite and the windshield did not crack. I spoke to a friend who is in the glass business and after seeing my photos explained that the repair was not done right because if it was the windshield would not crack the way it did. I do not recomment using Platinum Auto Glass and do research before having a chip fixed. I wanted to use a local guy close to me, small business but when I called today 5/5/25 and sent pictures as instructed I did not receive a text or call back. Now I have to go through my insurance to have my windshield replaced by SafeLite who does guarantee their work!

I'm really late writing this review as the work was done about 5 months ago. But I believe I should take the time to say something when someone goes so far passed above and beyond. Our car was still new when the windshield cracked. So all of the quotes I got were really high. Honda had just changed the shape of their civic and not many places even had the windshield But when I called platinum auto glass they took the time to call around and find me something I could afford. They also worked around our schedule with 2 toddlers and a messy garage. I only remembered to write a review because a friend asked for a recommendation. I called to see if they were still in business and they once again were really nice and thanked me for the future business. Thank you so much. I will continue to recommend you guys. Especially with so many auto services all to ready to take advantage of a woman with limited auto knowledge. I know I can trust you.

He did an amazing job... I called expecting to set up an appointment because my appointment with safelite was canceled literally last second because they said my windshield arrived damaged(safelite is overpriced and the worst).. I called and and the guy said I can be there in 30 minutes... I was shocked and pleased... He actually showed up on time.. He was fast and efficient.. He even fixed a crack I had in my other car... And it all still came out to half the price safe lite charged... He did such a great job and he a such a positive energy that I paid him the amount I was charged from safelite... Great work deserves a great reward..

Noel came to my house on short notice and changed the windshield on a Ford E250 cargo van within 3 hours of us calling. Its based out of Linden, but he goes as far as North Bergen all the way to the shore. He owns the company and is extremely knowledgeable, clean, and professional. My brother and I watched the entire process. 5 stars all around. His pricing and timing beats all of the well known Glass Repair companies. I will highly recommend Noel and his company to everyone. 👍👍

I needed a to replace the windshield of my car. I scheduled an appointment online and the tech arrived a few days later at my workplace. The new windshield took 90 mins to install and was treated with Rain-X. We were also given an air freshener and chocolate...what a pleasant surprise. We're happy with the work and the cost of the replacement was $90 less than what Safelite quoted us. I'd definitely use these guys again.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

I will save you some time. If you plan on looking at Safelite or the bigger corporation run windshield repair/replacement, STOP. This guy has beat all the quotes I've gotten from many different shops. If you decide on platinum auto glass you should know that you are supporting a local business while saving time and money. I got an appointment two days after I contacted Platinum. He came with his mobile service, and was done within the hour.

They don't honor their Groupon. When asked to speak to a manager they told me it would be a 30 minute wait and I said alright. They put me on hold and after 2 minutes they clicked the phone off . When I called back nobody would answer the phone and kept sending me to voice-mail. I called several times but it was clear that they were avoiding me and not going to answer the phone. I'm reporting them to Groupon.

This guy is HORRIBLE! Platinum?... more like pig iron. He has a really bad attitude.... screwed up my windshield replacement and refused to correct his shoddy ‘work.’ I wonder if he’s even licensed. There’s nothing I can say that could accurately express how bad this bum is. My opinion?... do NOT waste your time or money on him! I’m betting that most of the positive reviews here are FAKE!

I found this company online and gave them a call to get a quote. Then I simply scheduled an appointment and they showed up at my workplace and replaced my windshield. The entire process was very simple and the price was much more reasonable than other places I looked into. windshield did leak on the first rain. In couple months windshield came out completely while driving. Platinum auto glass did refuse to perform warranty repairs. Problems where caused because old rubber gasket wasn't cleaned properly and new glass didn't stick to his glue. I did have stressfull and dangerous experience by using very selfish Platinum auto glass.
