I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. Despite having driven there twice for my 8:30 AM appointment, all I got were excuses and a complete waste of my time and gas. Three weeks ago, I called to get a quote for my car glass replacement, which they provided at a seemingly reasonable price, prompting me to schedule an appointment for the following week. On the day of the first appointment, I was admittedly 15 minutes late due to weather and traffic, so I promptly called them to inform of my delay. However, they brushed me off, claiming it was raining and my glass hadn’t arrived. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I rescheduled for the next week, only to be faced with a more absurd turn of events. Upon my arrival, a staff member nonchalantly informed me that they could no longer order my glass due to a vague issue with their supplier, a stark contrast to the earlier excuse of weather-related delays. Frustrated, I called another shop for a quote, only to discover it was significantly higher than what this shop had offered. This ordeal led me to believe the real issue was their initial underquotation – perhaps a bait to get me through the door, with no intention of honoring their quote. Their blatant disregard for my time, the inconvenience of multiple trips, and their inconsistent stories highlight a shocking level of unprofessionalism and deceit. It's clear they had no qualms about admitting to their mistake, showing a complete lack of respect for their customers.

Had a small crack in my windshield turn into a huge crack within days, and knew I needed a full windshield replacement. Safelite charged an arm and a leg for a replacement, and had quoted me well over what insurance was willing to pay out. I stumbled upon Clear Vision Auto Glass and decided to give it a shot. Stan, the owner, gave me a quote within minutes over the phone (substantially cheaper than Safelite) and was able to take my car in the next day. Took only a few hours, and when I picked it up, the car looked good as new!!!! HUGE thanks to Stan for the fast service and even better customer service!!! Would recommend to anyone in the Mercer County area!!!

These guys are the definition of excellent customer service. They were very courteous when I called and they explained the process of replacing my windshield and letting the adhesive set up inside their shop for 3-5 hours to insure that the car was safe to drive after the installation. They did a wonderful job and the only way I can tell that the windshield was replaced is that the crack is now gone. I will certainly use them in the future if I need service on the glass for my car.

I highly recommend the guys at Clear Vision Auto Glass. If no one is at the desk when you get in, don't be afraid to bang the service "bell" really hard. Someone will be right there to help you. Service is fast, friendly, and affordable. The price quoted was as low as any internet quote (and a relief!) and that's exactly what they charged me. Best of all--they do excellent work. My new windshield is beautiful and the installation, flawless. Stan is the man!!

I found this shop after mr google showed me that this is a good shop with good reviews. So I asked my husband to go there to change our Volkswagen Jetta windshield. I don’t know the owner/staff name since only my husband went there (I forgot to ask my husband) but we have a good experience. The result is amazing and my husband said the owner/staff is very friendly. We were able to negotiate a lil bit for the price, too! You have one happy customer here!

I had two tiny cracks on my windshield and they were able to patch them up in 20 mins! There was also an issue where the mirror on my left rear view was loose and they fixed that up, too. Price was fair. I called in and made an appointment. There was no wait at all. The shop might be a little hard to find since they’re located at the back of the building but I just followed Google Maps and it was fine.

Can’t say enough good thinks about this place!! Stan is pleasant, honest and upfront and knows his business. After talking to him for 5 minutes I felt as if I’ve known him for years. Fantastic experience - I've had 3+ windshields repaired/replaced by him. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all options and was very accomodating to my busy schedule. With a Jeep Wrangler the windshield is prime for damage. He is GREAT and a jeep owner too so he understands the difficulty and frequency of damage.

This place is what service should be like everywhere. They were natural in their demeanor, and negotiated a pricing very fairly. I got a call back when they said they would call, and the job was done superbly... actually, I couldn't tell anything was replaced at all... except that I no longer had a broken windshield.
