What a great family run business. Amazing communication, super efficient, quality work and fair prices. They patched a chip in my Highlander front windshield, and did a full replacement of the windshield in our F150. Great job on both. The passenger side back window of the truck was also busted out and I asked them about fixing that. They said they'd be happy to, but pointed me to a DIY option that was a lot cheaper. I appreciate that desire to do right by your customers and not just gouge them.

As I was driving to work the other morning, outta no where I hear this loud bang followed by the sound of glass cracking. Still don’t know what happened but whatever it was blew out my sunroof while it was raining. Tried calling a couple of the “big” companies and non of them touched sunroofs. The dealership wanted top dollar. I called NJ Auto Glass feeling defeated and talked to Dan. He looked up my VIN, gave me a quote, and said he could come to me in two days (had to wait on the glass). I said no problem let’s do it. On Friday, Tyler came and was already set up ready to go by the time I got outside. I had to run and drop my girlfriend off at work so I told him I’d be back in 15-20 minutes. By the time I got back Tyler had the old glass out and cleaned up, the new glass installed, and leak test preformed. Couldn’t believe it. I would recommend this company 100 times over. NJ Auto glass is the best ! Price is very reasonable and the service is very prompt and high quality. I have called many other auto glass companies and they ask higher price , before I contacted NJ auto glass, I had contacted one auto glass company , and they even ordered the wrong glass even with the car picture ( with the broken glass) I sent to them. After that I searched google and saw Nj auto glass has very good reviews,so I called and sent them the car picture too . This time Nj auto glass did better job than the former auto glass companies and they updated me often and as soon as they received the glass, they called me and told me that the engineer can come out on Saturday morning to help me install the glass. I would like to recommend NJ auto glass to any one who needs the auto glass replacement service. Best of the best!!!!

I was highly impressed with my front windshield replacement - there was a hairline crack from last winter, and other companies would have charged us an arm and a leg to replace the windshield on our full-size SUV. Paul's quote was very reasonable, and he came directly to my office to replace my front windshield. After two hours of work, when he was wrapping up, he unfortunately found that there was another minor crack. He did not charge me, came back to my office again in two days, and did a fabulous job of replacing my windshield. We felt so bad for him having to spend over 4 hours (and 2 separate trips) doing this work, but he wouldn't accept our offer to pay him a little more. I thought that was very honorable! Overall, great price for great work!!! I would recommend them any day to all my friends!

My car was broken into in NYC. Headed to my friends house in NJ once I arrived I proceeded to go down the list of Auto Glass replacement companies. I knew my chances were slim knowing that it was getting late in the afternoon and Valentines Day. A gentleman by the name of Shamiel answered the phone and was eager to help knowing my situation. He had called me back and mentioned that he didn't have my window in stock and that he needed to go to the warehouse before they closed at 5. He said don't worry he will call me when he is on his way to the house. He arrived and was pleasant, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. Also, his quote on the phone was exactly what he charged. I found Paul's details through website and made a call to him. After setting up the time, Paul showed up on time and completed the repair professionally. The chip hole was filled up and it's difficult to see now. Throughout the process, he was courteous, meticulous and has an eye for detail. Paul's price was lower than others and I was skeptical. But he did a great job and there is no need to pay extra money to others. Within a week of the repair, while driving, I had another stone hit my windshield and created another chip. I called up Paul again. He fixed the issue and when I tried to pay, he did not charge even though it was a completely different issue. That's customer centricity!!! I highly recommend Paul and NJ Auto Glass! A great guy, professional, and expedient service! We needed to have the windshield of our new car replaced after a stone hit it and cracked it. I did some research and came across NJ Auto Glass. I texted Paul and had a response within 10 minutes. Amazing! He took some information, made some suggestions, and told me how to proceed. Paul came to our home and replaced the windshield...all at no extra charge. He took his time and his work was meticulous. When finished, it looked as though it were brand new. The whole process was seamless. If you need to have your windshield repaired or replaced, save yourself both time and aggravation and just call Paul. You'll be glad you did.

Tim was able to repair my windshield chip to the point where it is almost invisible. His workmanship was excellent. Safelite said they could not or would not attempt to repair the chip on a Tesla, but Tim was able to do it with ease. Tim also kept me updated on the weather conditions, as this affects the quality of the work, and his arrival time. I appreciated his excellent communication. Windshields on a Tesla Model X cost slightly over $1,800 to replace, so Tim saved me a significant amount of money by repairing my chip instead. More than professional! Highly recommend. Easy to work with! I texted Paul on Saturday afternoon and he replied to me immediately. We did all our communication via text - so easy! He gave me quotes and they were much less than the people my insurance recommended. I would have had to wait 6 weeks to get into the ones from my insurance! Moreover, they were all over 1 hour away! Paul came to my house exactly when we agreed upon, did a fantastic job, and even vacuumed all the broken glass from inside my vehicle. This guy is on top of it! I'm so glad I worked with him. And such a reasonable price. He even sent me a photo after the install since I was at work. Thank you Paul!
