Superglass Windshield Repair

I highly recommend staying away from this company. I had a windshield replaced on a 2024 Grand Cherokee in January 2025. Once the technicians were done, I noticed two gouges in my dashboard and scratches along the passenger A pillar. When I called Phil, he had the same technicians come out to inspect the damage as they thought it was residual glue. They admitted to dropping a saw and causing the damage. At that time, Phil offered my money back since going through an insurance claim would be to cumbersome. Fast forward to April 2025, I notice puddles of water on the driver and passenger floor. I bring this to the dealer for diagnosis and they advise the quality of the windshield replacement is at fault the water is coming through the cabin from the windshield seal. After paying the dealership $1,300 to replace the "replaced" windshield, I advised Phil of this. He got defensive and aggressive that I should have let him repair the leaks. Why would anyone, in their right mind, allow Phil and his technicians to repair their vehicle when it was already too much to fix the damage 4 months ago? Don't waste your time or money.

Just got my windshield replaced from these guys. They broke the clips that fastened my Cal to the vehicle. When I brought it to their attention they immediately pointed out other flaws in my truck. I suggested he either Replace it or reduce the bill . He wasn't intrested in replacing it so he reduced the bill by $25. The cow cost $110. Not worth the hassle go to the professionals to get your windshield or other glass work done. Already tried to work it out with you. To make it right either give me the remainder dollar amount for the cow or buy a cow and install it. Professionals would make good on their mistakes.

Highly recommend Phil with Superglass. As a road salesman I've had multiple experience's with windshield damage. The last one I was advised from the company I worked for to go to a large national chain. It took a week to get an appointment and when I arrived at their facility I waited an hour to discover they did not have the right replacement windshield. After waiting a over week with no call back, I remembered Phil from a stone chip repair on my personal vehicle. Three times I called Phil and evertime he took care of the problem right away. 5 star service!

I had my Windshield replaced on 1-8-2024 on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. The two gentleman that came out and replaced the windshield were very professional, friendly and quick. They were able to replace the windshield and clean everything up in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Superglass Windshield Repair. Also, the price of the repair was very reasonable.

Very efficient and very quick as well. Phil is a Great guy to deal with. I had so many issues when I called safelite for a windshield replacement and they wanted $500 but I was only charged $365 by Phil and it was done in under 30 minutes rite in my driveway. Highly recommend!!!!
