The guys did a phenomenal job, top choice it was! After a nightmare dealing with safelite and a no show - Top choice answered my phone call and within a minute or so we were scheduling an appointment; got lucky they had an opening same day. The windshield was changed within a few hours. And this was all done remotely as it was for my mother who lives in the area. We spoke a handful of times on the phone - polite, efficient, clear communication, it’s as simple as this. Gave me an estimated time said would call before they came. They not only called to give me a heads up of about 45 min/ he actually followed up with second phone call of a 5-10 min window of arrival. That kind of customer service was huge this gentlemen had no idea I wasn’t there, and would not be directly involved with him at all. Yet somehow managed to be on point so I could let my mother know when he would be there. I came by afterward and the windshield looks great! Good job boys definitely recommending to family and friends !

They came on time, they told me what problems could arise when they saw I had some missing parts. they made sure the glass was spotless, and that my inspection sticker and E-ZPass was put back properly. The best part was they didn't try to give me a price and then tack on a recycle fee, only to barrage my phone with discounts when they didn't get my sale like their franchised safelite competitor. If you need a windshield, give them your business.

My passenger side window broke around 630am, I had to go to work with a broken window, I was devastated. Top Choice came to my job same day about 2 hrs after contacting them and they put in a new window in about 30 minutes. The guys were so nice and professional. I reached out on a Saturday and John was quick to respond. Windshield install could have been done on Monday but my schedule prevented that from happening. John was flexible with appointments and the install was done first thing Tuesday without issue. Communication was excellent from beginning til end. Overall, a professional and easy transaction. So far, so good on the install.

I called one day and the next afternoon the windshield was done. Top Choice was a very good choice for my windshield replacement. Fair price and great communication! The team was very helpful in coordinating my windshield replacement at my workplace, and then when I had an issue they stood behind their warranty and replaced the windshield no issue in a different location that was outside of their general radius. I really appreciate it and recommend these guys!
