ABS Auto Glass

This is the 2nd time using ABS to replace my windshield. 4 years ago a pebble kicked up into my windshield while driving on i95 causing damage that continued to spread. They came to my house a week later and were in and out within 1 hr with a replacement. 4 years later after an uprooted tree from a crazy storm fell on my GMC Yukon SUV causing severe windshield damage ABS came out to my residence once again. Technician David arrived right on time at 8:30am. He was very courteous and explained everything and completed the replacement in a little over 1hr by himself and did an awesome job. It was hot outside so i gave him a cold water and Gatorade to help keep him hydrated. I highly recommend ABS as they are local, affordable, and flexible enough to perform the quality work needed either at their location or your place of residence. Thank you David and thank you ABS!

After a horrible experiance with Safelite who left me without a windshied for 4 days i had my 2001 Jeep cherokee towed to Abs Auto glass. From the very beginning i was informed of the procedure and told everything up front. The day i towed it there i was told that if it got there early enough it may be done that day. I was also told that there was some rust around the pinch welds yet the technician was able to clean it prep it and complete the job same day. I highly recommend this business. New review. i had ABS come back and do the windshield on my 2008 Honda Fit. Their mobile unit came out to my home and replaced the windshield in a timely manner. they cleaned up the work area and made sure the inside dash was also clean. i Highly recommend this businessServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had set an appointment to replace windshield glass of my truck the lady scheduled appointment for 11:00 I had call 10 minutes before my appointment when. They answer the phone the guys tell me I have the appointment for 2 o’clock which I had never even mentioned 2 o’clock I had said to the guy that answer the phone that my appointment is for 11 am then the lady comes on the phone and said your appointment is at 2 I said no is for 11 am but they didn’t care at all the old owner had a better service which his name was Carlos it very sad when places changes ownership I will not recommend this place the owner or who ever answer the phone didn’t care at all I also miss the secretary that work at ABS for Year which she was the manager

Awesome job. We had a mishap happen to our 2010 Subaru Forrester’s rear window, it shattered. We called ABS Autoglass on Friday to set up a replacement for Monday between 12-2. Freddie, owner-technician, showed up at 11:45 and quickly got to work. He began by vacuuming up the shattered glass from inside the vehicle as well as out and then took apart the back hatch to get all of the glass that fell inside the door. He professionally replaced the glass and hooked up the defrost wiring and finished up by replacing the rear window wiper. Great repair job and a very happy, personable young man. I strongly recommend ABS Autoglass for your automotive needs as well as home/business windows!!!!!

ABS Auto Glass did a fantastic job for me yesterday. The storms overnight sent a branch through my foreman’s work truck. After calling around to other companies with no luck I called ABS. I spoke with Haylee and gave her our trucks info, within a minute she had a quote and confirmation that they had the right replacement windshield for us. The windshield had to be delivered to the shop so she called us when it arrived so we didn’t have to sit at the shop all morning. They then quickly installed and calibrated the windshield. It was all very quick and efficient. Haylee was amazing and is a great representative of ABS. ABS Auto Glass will be my first call going forward. Thank you!!!

I had my RV windshield replaced by ABS. They were great as well as progressive insurance. They came out to my house and took their time very meticulous and hopefully didn't mind me chatting with them while they did it. Afterwards I even noticed how much quieter my rig was. They showed me how much of a horrible job from the factory was done. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat. Just had to get a second window done and used abs auto glass again. They sent out a whole team of techs this time. It was great very nice and I hope they all didn’t mind me watching them.

I had a very time sensitive replacement that needed to be done and ABS Auto Glass was extremely accommodating. The transit company that had the part I needed took almost 5 business days longer than expected (not a fault of ABS) and it left me with a very tight timeline for replacement. The woman who answered the phone fielded my calls daily with updates and was extremely helpful and considerate. When the glass finally arrived, she organized same day replacement because of the circumstances. Very great work done here.

Terrible Service, the guy refuses to Replace my whole windshield bc it was "hot outside" fixed the chip by it was still in my windshield very noticeable. I file a complaint with my insurance and prefer to bring my car to the shop to make it easy for them. I showed up to my appt and NOBODY was the shop for an 1hr and 45min but yet the garage was open, and the office locked... I complaint to my insurance and their response was: that they refuse to provide service to me?????!!!! INSANE how unprofessional this ppl is.

Highly professional with excellent service from start to finish. We had to have a windshield replaced in a Class A RV. ABS actually came to our home and did the installation. While this is common for auto windshields this is a huge piece of glass and no one else does onsite RV windshield installation. Charles, Nelson, and Dave were highly competent. They actually extended their work day to make the trip to Hunterdon County. Efficient, professional, and personable. I highly recommend ABS!
