Clancy's Auto Glass

Joe replaced the windshied on my 2014 Dodge Charger. He did an excellent job, however there was a small problem not at all his nor his companies fault. The windshield cowl on the car had a defect for these model years. When removed from the car to replace the windshied, they instantly distort from their original shape and will not make a tight seal at the bottom of the windshield and can not be fixed or repaired. FCA recognized this and has since changed the design. Joe Said he would order me the new part from the dealer and install without question and without me even having to ask. This is a stand up company that goes above and beyond to get the job done right and earn people's business, whatever it takes. Clancy's has earned a customer for life and I will use them for all my future glass needs. Thanks for the awesome work Joe and thanks for being a stand up company and keep up the great work. I highly recommend this Company to anyone with Auto Glass needs, they are the best!

I have one word that comes to mind to describe my experience with Clancy's Auto Glass. They are Awesome! I am very meticulous with my vehicles. I have a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And the other night on the way home from work something almost came through my windshield. I was really upset. I had a windshield replaced on my prior vehicle by the larger chain company and it was a mess. The repairman left the rubber trim off the top of the windshield and said I don't need that. I insisted he put it on. He did, but it folded over in spots and he left black sealant material on the paint. So, I was hesitant about choosing a company to repair my new truck. I decided to go local and based on the reviews. I'm so glad I did. I came home from work tonight and checked it out and i couldn't be happier! Joe takes a lot of pride in what he does. That's hard to find these days. And they are very nice to deal with. I wont hesitate to recommend Clancy's to friends and family.

They did a great job and made the whole process very easy. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who was able to schedule an appointment for them to come to my house the next morning. I called my insurance carrier they said Clancy’s was a preferred provider and sent all my information directly to them. The next morning Joe showed up on time he explained exactly what he was going to do and what it would look like when he was done. Twenty minutes latter he was finished. He did a fantastic job on my Porsche Macan you can barely see the chip anymore and more importantly it strengthened the area. Their office billed my insurance company directly no deductible etc.So there was no out of pocket charge to me. I picked Clancy’s because of all their great reviews. Now I’m writing another great review because they did an outstanding job!

Had a softball size whole in my back window. Called many places on a Thursday and nobody could come out until Tuesday of the following week. Called Clancy's and spoke with Jodi. Very friendly, prompt and professional. She was able to send someone out Saturday morning. A young man by the name of Joe came out. Extremely kind and professional. Did excellent work. No rush job here. Took about 1.5 hours in my driveway. Cleaned everything up. Turns out his last name is Clancy! Family owned business. Pricing was fair and comparable to what was out there. The best experience is dealing with experienced people who are transparent with the service they provide! Clancys Auto Glass is one of these places, Jodie set up appt, was informative, and answered all questions. Joe was the service and installation guy, professional,and had great customer skills as well. Thank you Clancys for the prompt, painless and great price for my new windshield, for a Friday the 13th job, the only "surprise" was how great the service was. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you happen to be in the market for good prices on a replacement window.

I received quotes from 3 local shops and Joe's price was right in the ball park. I called on a Wednesday and Joe promptly called me back and was able to fit me in for a windshield replacement on Friday morning. He was able to replace my windshield on site at my work. He showed up on time and worked neatly, quickly, and accurately and answered any questions I had. It rained the next day and the new windshield is water tight no problems. I had my windshield replaced on Monday. Initially, I'd gotten a price quote and made an appointment with that nationally-known business that you hear about on the radio. Then I called Clancy's. The questions Joe asked were better than the other guy. I would've gotten the wrong windshield if I hadn't spoken with Joe. And Clancy's prices were better. I'm so very pleased with the job that Joe did. He was meticulous and professional. Great focus on details. Great customer service. I highly recommend Clancy's Auto Glass.

I highly recommend Clancy's Auto Glass. Every step of the process was so simple and they accepted my insurance. I originally booked at a national company but after some research I immediately knew I needed to go elsewhere. Who knew having a windshield replaced could be a pleasure? Seriously... Fantastic service. I got a same day appointment, to my home, with fast, friendly, professional service. Joe's attention to detail is inspiring, and rare in today's market. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable, and I got to support a locally owned business instead of a large chain. Hopefully, I wont need Clancy's Auto Glass' services any time soon. But if I do, I'll call them in a heartbeat.

Called a few places that travel to replace cracked car windshield. Joe gave me the best price by $30!! including free installation in my driveway. Said he would be here at 2, arrived at 1:55. Joe was very professional and estimated 1 hour installation time. He finished in about 45 min. Could not be happier with the PRICE, service and overall experience. I will be recommending Joe and Clancy's Auto Glass to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you!
