All State Auto Glass

This place is fantastic! We came here for a windshield replacement after a small chip expanded to a crack on one of our road trips. Ever the frugal-minded consumer and since a windshield replacement would be less than our $500 deductible,I shopped around for quotes. For our Infiniti, Safelite Auto gave us a discounted rate $387, and one place even quoted us at over a grand! Then the skies parted and I stumbled across Allstate Auto online. Not sure what to expect since it was uncharted in the Yelp world, the owner, Bobby, answered my call, was extremely friendly, quoted me over $100 less than the lowest price, let me use a $25 off online coupon, and so I decided to give them a try. I made an 8am Saturday appointment, and after getting a slow start in the morning and accidentally driving past their shop (they are located in the same building as Miranda Motors), we ended up getting there a little before 8:30. Bobby met us, and was very friendly and efficient--he took our car right away and advised it would be around 45 minutes to install and then another hour before we could drive with it. My husband and I decided to 'explore' Pilesgrove while we waited so we walked to a local diner (Wagon Wheel) to grab a bite to eat. Thirty minutes later we got a call from Bobby that they had finished the job! Allstate did phenomenal work. The installation was clean, they used PGW glass, they were fast, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Bobby is the kind of owner that you can trust will do quality work. The only caveat is that if you use credit there is a 3% charge, but the $8 is worth it for the quality service you get. I believe Bobby started this company in 2012 so it's fairly new, but I was very happy with everything. Fingers crossed we won't have to worry about cracked windshields again in the near future, but at least I now know who to call if it happens again! Also, not sure if this is a plus or minus, most likely depends on the person, but Cowtown is less than 5 miles from Allstate!

I hate to be this person but I felt like they refused to repair my windshield just to get more money out of me. I called for a repair and the woman quoted me for a completely new windshield right off the bat without asking me how damaged it was. She quoted me over $1000 for a new windshield because “I have too many sensors on my car”….none of them go through the windshield though so I don’t understand the logic behind being charged $500 extra for sensors that they don’t even need to touch. Mind you I have a Toyota rav I don’t have an expensive sports car or anything with crazy bells and whistles… I stopped her and explained that it was just a crack. She asked me if it was bigger then a quarter and I explained yes that it was about that size maybe a little bigger but not by much and she said they could repair it if that was the case. When they came out to look they saw that it was two cracks side by side and said that it was too big to repair and that I would need a completely new windshield and that I wouldn’t find a better price anywhere else and that I should go through my insurance….. I made one phone call and it was a quarter of the price…and they were a lot more helpful at explaining options that I had.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Got a broken windshield Friday. Couldn't get anybody on Phone so asked for quotes online. All State auto Glass came back first before I was done reading reviews. Good price less than others. Called never thinking I would get an answer Bobby picked up the phone. He knew about glass I wanted the right glass for my car so I knew he was knowledgeable. He gave me an appointment late Monday morning. Zack and Dave called they were early. They did a fast professional job nice guys. These guys under promised and over delivered which is rare these days. I highly recommend this company and these guys. I took my truck there for rear glass leak I had my interior out for them 03 ranger on those interior has come out to get to the bolts. It was under 30min repair i waited I know. Just needed new double sided tape $160ish they did a great job I just think pricing is ridiculously high for what I had done now if my interior was in there that price would be good but seeing how I done half work and it didn't save me a dollar is sad because that's what I was quoted over phone before they knew interior was out which has to come out to get glass out on 03 ford ranger single cab xlt back sliding glass it has study with nuts. Nevermind the 'big name' guys you see on TV, All State Auto Glass replaced my windshield in my driveway less than 48 hours after I called them. Very professional, lifetime warranty on installation, and they saved me a lot of money over the other company. EDIT: One year later and my windshield has cracked FROM THE EDGE INWARD, not from a stone, debris, etc. I was told this was from debris and not covered under warranty. There is also a second small chip in the windshield. I now understand that there are different grades of windscreen glass and they use a very cheap one. The initial savings are not worth it, and the long term customer service was non-existent. I will be calling Safe-Lite.

These guys are the absolute best! Bob and crew took care of us right after July 4 weekend when the back window in our RV shattered. We were having rain & Bob drove over to our campground to inspect the damage. That night, he started on the repair long after they closed. He even made sure we were safe for the night. Early the next morning, he finished the work (with his awesome tech--wish I remembered his name) and we were on our way. NOBODY else could or would have provided such great service. Moreover, the price was extremely reasonable. Thanks for getting us back on the road, ALL STATE!

They replaced it the next day. Then the best thing was they called me two days later and asked how everything was! Who does that? Exactly! No one !!! I've had to call All State Auto Glass twice in the last year - two separate stone chips on two separate occasions in my Class A motorhome windshield. Same tech came out both times and this guy is nothing short of a magician. Incredible workmanship, at my house, on time, and very affordable. If you need glass repairs don't even bother searching further than All State. Call them and let them show you some magic - absolutely the best 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We were having issues finding a replacement window for our truck. I called All State on a Tuesday, they found the glass within the hour and were out the next day to replace it. The first place quoted us $500 and then changed it to $1000 because they could not find the original glass. All State was well below the $500!
