I recently had the opportunity to experience the exceptional service provided by Elizabeth Auto Glass and Auto Wreck. Despite living about 30 minutes away from Elizabeth, I decided to give this place a try based on the recommendations of several people in town. After calling them for a quote, I also reached out to 13 other places for comparison. To my surprise, Elizabeth Auto Glass and Auto Wreck offered the most affordable quote that was truly unbeatable. What impressed me even more was their outstanding customer service during the quoting process. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a significant impact on my decision to choose them for my windshield replacement. The appointment for the windshield replacement was scheduled over the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and speed with which the job was completed. In no time, I was in and out, driving away with a brand new windshield. The quality of their workmanship was evident, and I can confidently say that I will be returning to Elizabeth Auto Glass and Auto Wreck for any future automotive needs, despite the distance.

So, I went out to my car one day to find the driver's window down. The only problem was, it was rolled up when I left it. The glass was intact, but the window itself had just slipped down into the door and wouldn't roll back up. I'm a do-it-yourself-er, so I turned to the internet for advice. It turns out that the window regulator had broken. I found directions on how to replace it, but it was a bit beyond my skill set and the part itself wasn't cheap. I called Elizabeth Auto Glass for a quote and was pleased to hear that they'd do it all for about 70 bucks more than the cost of the part. Tim was very helpful! He ordered the part (with a credit card deposit over the phone) and had it waiting when I arrived a couple of hours later. I brought some work to do, because it seemed like this might take awhile. They even had a table where I could spread out. But I was back on the road again in less than 30 minutes!!! Top-notch service! Good-quality work! Done in a flash! Sounds like a winning combination to me!!!

This business is really extremely fantastic and took care excellent care of my 2009 Ford Ranger which was in need of a new windshield Tom, the owner, took care of me and the truck, at a fair price, in under 4 hours No kidding, this shop is chock full of friends and humor Of course, I bring the spark that ignites the best. This guy Mike, unusual name, goes there to eat egg sandwiches and Taylor is the guard dog. Now back to Tom he knows everything about glass, towing, parts etc. Just ask him!!! Great service, great place, great price I'm going back just for the food humor

Replaced windshield. First, there was and continues to be noise when driving on the highway. I brought it back but was never resolved. Worse, my wiper blades stopped working on the NJ Turnpike in the middle of heavy rains. Turns out the wiper stud wasn't tightened properly after they had replaced the windshield. I drive a tractor trailer and had an emergency when my window shattered on my Kenworth T680 one morning. They were able to work me in when I arrived in the afternoon and had my window replaced and had me back on the road quickly. The price seemed reasonable for these days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Elizabeth Auto Glass for making a bad situation much better.

The environment from the time I walked into the shop was off. The workers were extra respectful, courteous, and helpful. I believe two Latino guys one assisting me when I pulled up and one at the counter when I approached. The manager or owner. I guess didn't have a WELCOMING! The attitude seemed a little standoffish! The tone of his voice. I can't put my finger on it. 🤔

I've went to Tom at Eliz Auto Glass 4 times now in the past 5 yrs for various broken windows etc from lowlife's who saw a few quarters & they have ALWAYS had the best price for a window replacement. TOTALLY HELPED ME OUT IN MY TIME OF NEED. Assisted me in finding and installing a window replacement for my car in literally 24 hours. Owner or manager (not sure of his title to the company) and staff were extremely friendly. Not to mention the completed job was perfect. will totally recommend them to anyone that needs repairs

This review is way overdue but the owner is a very reliable, fast, and above and beyond. i was shocked that he cleaned up the broken glass in my car which i thought would be a nuisance but he still did it anyways and the pricing was phenomenal compared to other shops trying to overcharge. 10/10 would come back
