Their business is not open on Sunday and they advertise on here that they are open. It’s inconvenient and misleading.

My girlfriend had her windshield replaced by these guys and we were very disappointed with their customer service after the job was done. Once the windshield was replaced the tech texted by girlfriend to say it was ready and just left. He left the car unlocked and unattended in Newark because he had another job to get to. He also left his dirty finger prints on her leather seats, something he should conscious about as he's doing the replacement. Still waiting on a receipt from the deductible that my girlfriend paid and he promised he would send immediately. Still too early to tell how the windshield will hold but but if it's anything like their customer service we might be disappointed again. DON'T USE!!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

So paying up front was weird, but I did it anyway.My 4 instead of 5 reason is because 1: When I made the appointment online it was for 10/01, yet they called me to confirm and said they had nothing available for that day but would come 10/02. 10/01 I got a call in the morning confirming my appointment. Annoying but not world ending. 2: The guy said he'd call 30 minutes before and didn't. He called when he was at the car. Luckily for us I wasn't far away. He was also very apologetic for that, so I can understand getting caught up all day and forgetting being that this was later in the day. Other than that, the work was great and my money which was the lowest quoted, was well spent.

I call and asked if they sell windshields, the guys says yes and have a price of $200+. I then ask “that’s just for a windshield?” Him: oh so you just want the window? Me: yes, I just want the window Him: or we’re not a wholesale place Me: wow Him: yea, so wow somebody else with that attitude This convo didn’t even require attitude so where did that come from? He was upset because I didnt need the installation service. You get one star for answering the phone I guess

Went through my insurance to have my windshield replaced by this place and it was effortless quick and easy. Ron (dont know his last name unfortunately) did a quick amazing job and was a pleasure to deal with, he even managed to move all the stickers on the old windshield to the new one. I was a little hesitant about the place because of the reviews on here but from what i can see most of the reviews on here are pretty petty but i had a good experience.

This company postponed my installation appointment THREE times before an installer showed up with the wrong part! Needless to say, I cancelled the work order and now need to find someone else. Three weeks wasted! I don’t like to give bad reviews but I think I gave the company ample opportunity to make it right and they failed.NegativeProfessionalism

Ordered glass yesterday for install following day, then get a voicemail saying they need for me to call them back to know if the part still needed to be installed. At least they contacted me early in the day where I can still find another company.NegativeProfessionalism
