My car got broken into my back window was completely gone glass everywhere. I realized it this morning when I was heading for work. I called and they told me come over from the great customer service over the phone to in person. They vacuumed the glass out installed and have me follow up directions. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Great people and great service wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️

I can't even describe in words how disappointed I was with the service the gentleman Brandon said to me Mr Camacho you will only see a smudge when I'm done with this no chip a smudge I said okay when I came back to pick up my car the ship is still there I don't know if you even did anything but the chip is still there so I called to complain and the gentleman on the other end says to me oh we can't get rid of the chips so what to do nothing now you're telling me I have to call my insurance company and put a claim in first of all let them know that you guys did a really s***** job and let you guys want to replace the whole glass now that's pretty sad and you need to tell your drivers to stop giving false and misleading information if there's going to be a chip then say there's going to be a chip but don't tell the customer you won't see no chip just to smudge and then the people in the office tell you oh no he shouldn't have said that you'll always see a s*** so why pay to fix the ship that you can't fix very sad very very sad. My daughter had her car done by Safelite and they did a perfect job you didn't even see a smudge so I don't believe the story that they can't get rid of the trip good try. Buy everywhere

Called Toney today with a window regulator issue and ask if i could come in, He told me the sooner the better so went in right away. Darnell got to my car right away and sid an awesome job, and within 1hr. I was outta there with my window working like brand new. They were professional and friendly as well, and that's a 10 in my book. Great customer service and fast too but I agreed to a specific price the day before and morning of the service just to get a phone call from the same boss who agreed to $64 to tell me it’s now 80 and bring cash the first time I went alone the second time I brung my man he was in hood uniform and maybe they thought it was his car idk shouldn’t matter we had already agreed to a different price

They came to me and spent about 2 hours in my driveway. Brandon was the tech. He was super helpful, informative and respectful. He did a great job replacing it even in the freezing cold. Saved me a good amount of money compared to Safelite. I got my tesla model y windshield replaced. Thanks!
