Jorge at Auto Glass Now was extremely helpful and on point! As the manager of the location, he runs a very efficient and competent business that produces excellent results at a reasonable rate! Jorge was able to get us in for an appointment to repair my windshield within 2 days and completed the installation and recalibration for the windshield within a couple hours. He was very thorough, knowledgeable about the work, communicative and transparent about what would be done and the costs. At first I was skeptical about getting this done outside of the Audi dealership, but i’m so glad I decided to try auto glass now! Jorge was able to solve my problem MUCH faster and MUCH cheaper than the dealership would have. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend his business if you’re in need of glass repair or replacement!!

Omg!!! I tried other auto glass places and none of them had any appointments and one of them couldn’t do the job. AutoglassNow was able to complete the job the same day and the customer service was immaculate. Sam was my technician and he was communicated with me every step of the way and very pleasant. The service was excellent. However, I highly suggest verifying the location of the appointment before you head out, even if you may have done that beforehand. The appointment usually takes approximately 1 hr, but the wait time may vary depending on the number of people ahead of you. The technician was very friendly, patient, and courteous. He was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Thank you!

After Auto Glass Now replaced the windshield on my daughters car, we noticed the rear view mirror was not properly re- attached. Auto Glass tried to re-glue the mirror but did not hold it. Auto Glass now guaranteed all work and finally put another new windshield on, and the issue was resolved. It was very comfortable to find a business that cares about the quality of their work... Great job, Auto Glass Now!!

These guys were great! Every other company in the area had given me over a 2 week wait time but Auto Glass Now got out to me the next day. Their communication was great letting me know when they were on their way and the technician called me when he was on his way to confirm. Sam was very professional, polite and fast! Excellent service. I arrived at 8am on Monday 5/06 and Jorge began to service my car within minutes. He promised to complete the work within an hour and actually completed it in 52 minutes. Professional, pleasant. Charges were consistent with the quote--no frills. I would certainly recommend using AGN on Central Avenue in East Orange.
