I don't know why they left negative reviews, but my experience was great. The lady was fair and polite. She tried to engage a conversation with me and told me what not to do after they put a new windshield on. The crews were quick (within an hour) and the work so far is good. No complaints. I am not here for a king's experience. I am here at the time that I scheduled for to get the job done and I got all that.

I don't often leave reviews...but when I do they are warranted. I was anxious about replacing my cracked windshield on my Porsche 997 and called DAG. The customer service there was exceptional and I eventually decided on ordering an OEM windshield. The owner Bill listened to all my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with my baby's new windshield. Thanks Again, you guys Rock!PositiveProfessionalism

These guys are nothing short of AMAZING! Iwas travelling 2.5 hours to NJ with one hour still to go when my rear glass on my Santa Fe exploded on a highway on a Friday night (with my dog in the back!). I had never had anything like that happen before but I stopped, taped up the back as best I could and continued on. First thing next morning I started calling around to see if I could get it repaired. Safelight had no available appointments until Tuesday (!) but my mechanic suggested Dunellin Glass and I called them. Bill from Dunellin was able to locate a replacement glass all the way in Pennsylvania and SENT SOMEONE TO GET IT for me!! He also took my car to do the repair at noon even though they closed at 1:00 on Saturdays. He went out of his way to help me as he knew I needed to travel back home on Sunday and he and his crew did a fabulous job. They even cleared out all of the broken glass from inside the frame to make sure it wouldn't cause a problem down the road. And it was a very reasonable $400 to fix (less than Safelight would've been). I was really blessed to have found such generous and honest men who went above and beyond to help me. Thank you guys!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Waste of time over something ridiculous. Lynn on the phone was helpful. Found tge glass for my historic vehicle. Price was a little high but the reviews were good. I scheduled the first appointment ob saturday. Its an old vehicle and the glass broke without any obvious cause. Naturally i was curious as to what was in tge door tgat would cause it to break and wanted to watch the install. One of the guys in the shop refused. So my trip over there was a waste of time. I just dont understand why a business would refuse the request to witness the work, unless there was something sketchy going on. I get the safety element but i wasn asking to be in the shop just watch from the doorway. Anyway, other companies will come to your house and do it in your driveway right in front of you. Anyway just seems sketchy to me.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!! I had a Freightliner Cascadia with a cracked windshield . I NEEDED to get the windshield replaced while my driver was on his 34 hr. restart break..I had-realistically- no hope of getting it done in such a short period of time. First, Dunellen Auto Glass replaced my windshield quickly and without issue. I was pleased with their fast service. A week later my sunroof flew off my car. The sunroof company was supposed to cover the costs but was not working with me at all. The owner called the sunroof company, did research and filed a claim on my behalf. He put in all this work, knowing that if he was successful I would owe him no money and the work would go to another glass shop (for reasons related to the sunroof recall). I have never had such amazing service!!!! He took a stressful situation and put it on himself to make it easier. Thank you Dunellen Auto Glass!!

The receptionist. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Within minutes she had my Honda CRV windshield priced, ordered, and was installed the next morning. The work crew are friendly and detailed in their work. They are significantly lower than Safelite and speedier! Same distributor of glass. I also had a motor replaced in the passenger's side at a very reasonable price and completed before I could finish my taylor ham egg and cheese sandwich from the deli down the street.

Dunellen Auto Glass is a gem!! I highly recommend them for all of your auto glass needs. They are a better value than SafeLite and provide amazing customer service. I just got a chip in my windshield repaired and they did a great job and had me on my way quickly. The tech was even kind enough to help me get my car out of their lot, it’s a small space and I have a minivan. They have our business for life. Thank you!!

I had a long crack on my windshield, and I went to Dunellen Auto Glass for a new one. They were professional and fast! I made my appointment a few days in advance, so they were able to order my new window and have it when I arrived. Turned out the new window arrived with a few Minor scratches, so they gave me a discount which was amazing! They offer a lifetime warranty which is great too. I highly recommend them! 👍🏾

I had a 1993 Ford mustang that had a water leak on the windshield but the glass was completely perfect no cracks or anything. These lovely gentleman spent 30 minutes carefully removing my good windshield so I wouldn't need to buy another one. Fantastic work and a great price of 220$. Will take them over Safelite any day of the week. Clean, professional, knowledgeable and just an awesome team!!
