Absolutely an excellent experience. We had a long crack that kept on growing on my parent's windshield and decided to replace it for them. I'll called multiple places, but AAG had the most competitive price in the area. The price they give includes price of windshield, installation, taxes, and disposal fee. No hidden fees. I spoke with Lisa who was able to get me in first thing on a Saturday. I met with John and he continued to update me during the installation while I waited.They buttoned everything up in about an hour and a half. They moved the inspection sticker to the new windshield without damaging it. I chose the after-market windshield, which is build to DOT specifications, and was assured that it is made exactly like the original, which I agree, you can't even tell the difference. Windshields are guaranteed for one year from any leaks or stress cracks. Very friendly shop. Family owned and operated since 1978.

I really don't have enough good things to say about this business and the people who work there. I had to have my windshield replaced the beginning of April, and they were extremely professional and had the whole thing completed in less than two days even with the type and size of windshield I needed. The price was competitive compared to others I had found in the area. Less than 3 weeks later, a stone chipped and cracked my BRAND NEW windshield. I drove directly to AAG, and not only were they accommodating to me showing up without any warning, they went out of their way to patch the crack all within a few hours. Replacing a windshield is an expensive and stressful inconvenience, but they made the process much easier. I'm thankful that my money went to a business like this one with such wonderful people. I parked my car on the street overnight and came out to see a very small crack on my windshield -- of course, I was very upset. I did not want to wait until this small (one inch at most) crack came across the entire windshield. I called AAG and asked if I could come in at short notice and they accommodated instantly (talking 2 hour window). Immediately, I was attending to and assured this would be taken care of. John, the professional who tended to car, provided exceptional service talking me through the entire process of repairing a small crack in the window. I knew nothing about this process but thought I could do it myself after all the detailed instructions! I'm very happy that I went here because my windshield looks brand new and the help given was tremendous! Went here to replace a windshield after a bird dive bombed my old windshield. The front desk people were very quick and helpful in providing an accurate quote! I dropped my car off in the morning and my car was all ready to go by the afternoon!! Amazing!! I didn’t have much interaction with the people working in the garage but judging by the new windshield, time taken to fix it, and quality of the job, I’d safely assume those guys are really good at what they do! The price of the job was really great too for the job that they’ve done; I paid low prices for a quality repair!! Definitely recommending this place to anyone who needs a glass repair quick and for a low price!! If I ever need another automotive glass repair, I’m definitely going to come back!

John and Ms. Jeannette were great! There was a delay with my replacement window for a 2017 Audi A4. Somebody broke it out Thanksgiving night, so needless to say, most shops weren’t open or had no replacements. Yes, it took a while for the replacement, but they proactively communicated with me the whole time. Then they knocked the job out quickly for the quoted estimate. They looked after me like a member of the family. Had a lot going on, and their consideration was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about AAG American Auto Glass. I used them for my first windshield replacement a few years ago. I since moved to Pennsylvania and still went back to them all the way in Deptford NJ when a big rock hit my windshield on 95. My experience at American Auto Glass was great! The ladies in the front office were so nice when I came in to explain my problem. I was able to get my windshield fixed in a short period of time (couple of days) because we all know you cannot wait long (or you shouldn't) to get a crack fixed. I was referred to American Auto Glass by a family member and I am glad to listened to them. I have chip and small crack in my windshield and I wanted repair quickly over time the crack across the entire windshield. Mr John was awesome and is great person. He had me in and our in 30 minutes and I cannot see the crack anymore. The best part is that their prices are very good. This was my first time here , but if I need to auto glass work done I will be definitely coming to AAG thank you Nelson.
