On the Spot Windshield Repair

I found Bill via Google search for local windshield repair. After reading his reviews, I decided to give him a call. He gave me a quick run-down of what he can do and how much it would cost. He was able to accommodate my schedule and I met at his location around 6:30 PM. I pulled in his driveway and sat in my car while he did his thing! 10 minutes later it was all done and I wrote him a check for $35.00. He gave me a receipt and a handful of business cards. My damage was about the size of a quarter and was beyond cosmetic, so I do see some remnants of the damage, but Bill told me that would be the case before he started. It's smooth like glass and Bill guarantees his work! Very happy with the experience. Bill will definitely be my first call in the future and my first recommendation to anyone else in the same situation.

I did not even get a chance to obtain a price quote!! The owner that answered the phone told me that they did not deal with Allstate, however I could put in a claim myself and get a reimbursement after the work was completed. I replied that I was not going to deal with the insurance company and while I was still on the phone and right after I finished my sentence he just hung up the phone!! I immediately called him back twice and he did not answer his phone knowing that it was me calling him again on his caller , so I left a message for him that I was going to pay OUT OF MY POCKET and asked him to call me back but never heard back from him!!? That is not a great customer Service especially when someone calls you and is willing to drive to your location on a Saturday.

I had called a few nationwide glass chip repair places and was quoted between $128-$185 with at least 24-48 hour wait time.I knew in the past I had a repair done by a local person for about $50. I couldn't recall who that was so I called Bill at On The Spot and he quoted me $35 and we could do it immediately if I came to him, $45 if he came to me. I went to his location the next morning and was VERY pleased with the repair! The other repair was on the same windshield where you can still see the cracks. Bill filled in my latest chip and none of the cracks show at all. I was done in 15 minutes, well done Bill! I highly recommend you!

11/21/2018 Just took my car to ON THE SPOT windshield repair. I have to say I had zero hope my windshield would be able to be saved due to getting a crack while working (on route 295) but after he took a look he was able to seal it and stop it from spreading. From the outside you barely can see it!! He also guarantees that it won’t spread! Support a local business ! I definitely recommend him! Was in and out in 35 minutes!(it was a big crack) If you have a crack don’t wait until it gets big! Give him a call!! He is such a nice guy and so friendly! Wish I knew about him when my old cars windshield was cracked! Very professional!

I am a repeat customer of Billie. He has always been my top windshield repair guy. He fixed my Volvo's stone chip back in 2000... the windshield is still in great condition. Both chips are almost invisible. I had a huge stone hit my new truck last night. My doorbell rang at 10 am this morning! Unfortunately, I will need a new windshield... but Billie spent a lot of time filling the crack that had spread when the chip happened. He really made such a difference - so that it looks less visible and will not spread any further. He also has recommendations for a replacement windshield! If you get a chip- He is your guy!

Excellent, honest service! I went to see Bill after getting a very small chip in my windshield. Upon arrival, Bill took a quick look. He said the chip was not deep, but irreparable. However, he said he could fill it and smooth it and it wouldn't ever spread or crack. Because it was irreparable and such a minor fix...he did it at no charge! Most places would probably charge the fee and not be so honest. I highly recommend Bill...he was fantastic! Hopefully I don't get any more cracks or chips...but if I do I will definitely go to On the Spot.

So I needed to get the chip in my windshield fixed and didn't know who to call. I went online and saw a lot of great reviews for them and said let me call him. I was amazed when he said he would drive to my job site all the way in far Jackson at 930 the next morning all for $45. He showed up on time and after a few minutes of conversation he went to work. He guaranteed that it won't grow and I barely can tell where the chip was. I highly recommend him to anybody and most definitely will use again if needed.

After buying a Jeep Wrangler a day later I had a chip in my windshield. After a quick Google search I found On the Spot Windshield repair and read many great reviews. He told me right away it's not a cosmetic repair but 100% guaranteed for the life of the windshield stop the chip from turning into a larger crack. Bill is a salt-of-the-earth guy and you can't beat the price and service.

Bill just made my day! He was able to fix my RV's windshield, which I thought was a goner. Absolutely thrilled with his work and definitely will be calling him for all future windshield repairs. If you've got a crack or chip in your windshield, give him a call - you'll be glad you did.

Bill is professional, honest and does the job right for an incredible price! I had at least an 8 " crack and he was able to make sure the crack did get any longer until I'm ready to replace my windshield. If you have a chip or a crack under 2" he can repair it like new so don't wait until it gets worse. Definitely have it repaired at On The Spot as a soon as possible and save your self a lot of money and time.
