To all lovers of cars, I’d advise owners to check with their designated car dealer or trusted mechanic before allowing a third party to remove any part of the vehicle. I was lucky with a good tech but, they are not well versed in the parts that make up my particular car as I am. Never allow any third party windshield repair company to tell you what your car is or isn’t. So make sure you KNOW your car. I was told by the manager my car is “too old” hence why my trim clips were broken. They advised to tape my trim down or glue it. Unbelievable. I kindly did not accept that and told them I’d take it to my dealer. Little do they know, I know my way around cars and the windshield trim clips for my vehicle are inevitably always broken once you remove the trim. I must have them replaced if I change the windshield. I asked because I thought they would put my trim back in place as it was, ie: have spare trim clips for my vehicle. You touched it, so put it back as it was—Not my case. They claim they are not responsible for any damages which they make sure of by taking pictures before starting but, proceed with repairs by removing the car’s parts unawares then tell me, my car is too old. I did not make a fuss then, BUT since reviews are necessary to make sure customers are aware of what they are paying for or acquiring, I MUST insist. If you are hoping for a one and done job with seemingly minor inconveniences like mine, book them. Just KNOW your vehicle and check in with your car dealer or mechanic prior to making any changes. Otherwise, if you’re not super familiar with your car pieces, I’d STRONGLY SUGGEST you take your car to your designated dealer and have their recommendation. Nonetheless, I needed a new windshield. I got it. Thank you for providing that!

Horrendous customer service. Everyone is just misinformed. I called to get my windshield replaced on Friday Fourth of July. I got an agent who was able tog et this scheduled for me for Friday July 11th for a mobile service which was my preferred method so I wouldn’t have to get the car towed. I get a call back 3 days ago on Saturday to confirm my appointment but now it had to be service in person. They told me we couldn’t do mobile even though I confirmed a few times on my first call that this would be okay for mobile. I accepted anyway since I had no other choice. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email for my appointment and never received it so I called today 7.8 to confirm my appointment which was then confirmed and only then did I hear that the appointment couldn’t be completed because they couldn’t get my windshield. Already having a bad week with the broken windshield from this 20 minute storm and now these people just delayed my repairs further back because they didn’t inform me until I called in to confirm my appointment.

Terrible communication and customer service. Scheduled a replacement a week out. When arrived for the appointment, it was reported they didn't have the windshield. No advanced communication was provided. They shared that they would call by the end of the day. When they did not call, we called and were told to bring the car in at 7:00 a.m. the next day and it would be replaced. We showed up at 7:00 a.m. and were told they didn't have the windshield. If replacing and repairing windshields is their sole business, this is NOT the place to get your windshield needs addressed. When working with the shop manager, rather than acknowledging the issues and assuring how it would be addressed, he was defensive and patronizing. He kept saying he was trying to work the problem when instead he was focused on how this wasn't his fault but instead the call center. Even when we had spoken directly to the shop, he stated it never happened. Needless to say, we didn't get our windshield fixed and will never use Auto Glass Now.

Awesome service! I was recommended by a friend after already making an appointment with another company. So although skeptic at first I canceled and came here where I was greeted with great energy and enthusiasm. By the time the conversion was over he was done. I didn’t even know that the tech working on my car was the manager. He was extremely helpful, and even educated me on what was going on and why. He even re-checked a few times to make sure it was quality work. He’s a great example of what managers should be like everywhere. Also, the receptionist is so great she makes sure you feel comfortable and all your questions are answered. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing windshield repair or replace. Although I was there for a short period of time I felt comfortable like I’ve been going there for years and it was my first time. Not many places that make you feel like you made a great choice by choosing them. I will be referring everyone to them, they definitely deserve it.

Waking up to a smashed windshield after wind storm sucks, lol. Dealing with the crew at Auto Glass now was the easiest part of an annoying situation! From the call to make the appointment and working out the details the staff was wonderful. They were friendly, professional and efficient! Our windshield had to be installed at their site because it needed to be calibrated. We arrived and we were seen on time, and with our delay. The installer Terry, was great! Meticulous work and attention to detail, and I'll say again, friendly, professional, efficient and the entire process moved smoothly! Honestly had my car windshield fixed in 24 hours! They legit made what could have been an annoying and tedious event, very easy and issue free! Happily would recommend the crew and facilities at Auto Glass Now! Thanks to everyone!

I was looking for a place and yes i do my homework when using a place I called around got a best price from auto glass, and later called and got an additional 10% off, which every bit counts, because my truck has all these features it needed to be calibrated. I seen the reviews they weren't the best, but let me see for me. Went before my appointment time 1/2 hour thet said it was a 3 hour time limit soi waited they were professional from the front desk to the end process, im giving them 5 stars . Being a disabled veteran I was am still happy that I went on my own accord and not listen to the reviews. My experience is there on point with there work. I hope I don't have to go back no time soon but if I do I will use them again. Thank you Terry who was the guy who took care of me.

Wow! I usually don’t write reviews but the service was too amazing not to. The entire windshield of my Mazda 3 was cracked and needed to be replaced. I did a free estimate online, Auto Glass followed up the next day and told me the cost which was incredibly affordable! Unlike Safelite who was asking for a few grand. Went there in person and decided to wait while my windshield was getting replaced. The customer service rep, Shaylah, was so welcoming and friendly and communicated about what the process would be from start to finish. It only took about an hour and 15 minutes! I was in and out and a timely manner, the techs did a great job on repairing my windshield, and Shaylah left me with a smile. 10/10 recommend!

Very disappointed with the services . The person came to fix the windshield is very rude, very unhappy with the job he is doing and scratching the paint as well. In order to replace the windshield, he needs to remove rubber sealed around it . However he is very impatient to remove rubber sealed not only break all of them but also scratch the paint around it. The rubber can not be putting back since it is all broken . Then he told us there is no rubber around windshield before …. Very unprofessional . Also on the top left corner left some black glue between paint and glass …. The black glue can be seen obviously from outside . Will NOT recommend this company

I had a great experience with AGN. Rafael Rosado is the technician that came to our house. To make a long story short, the new windshield he replaced on our 2016 Honda Accord had a crack on the top left corner. He noticed it after he installed the glass. What I appreciate about him is his honesty and integrity. He took a picture of the crack and sent it to me with an apology and a promise to come back. He came back 2 days later and got the job done. I need to recognize high character employees because they are the ones that make a company great. Great work Rafael! I will recommend this company to my fiends and family.

pleased to have done business with this company. I stumbled upon them searching for best prices. made appointment with Jana for next day repair. unfortunately, I did receive a call morning of appointment telling me they received the wrong piece but they quickly ordered new correct piece and were able to accommodate me at my home that afternoon. I appreciate them acknowledging and correcting their mistake, Danny was who contacted me was very nice and made sure I was taken care of same day without any other inconveniences. great pricing, great customer care, would recommend this business for sure!
