My Guy Auto Glass

Someone from this company completed the repair of a windshield for a vehicle at a local company. When entering the building to drop off the invoice, the repair guy was politely asked to put on a mask on, as all the signs outside the building also do. He literally swore at the front desk clerk, adding "send a check ASAP". Then he proceeded to storm out the building and peel away out of the driveway in his van. This is probably the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. If it was a worker, he should be fired. I’d leave negative stars if I could. He certainly doesn’t deserve the one I had to leave! Unbelievably incompetent, apparently unable to take any responsibility for his unacceptably BAD (and dangerous) hack jobs. I’ve never been spoken to with such disrespect….and after he created a total nightmare for me. Lies? Oh yeah, I got plenty of those as he attempted to backpedal his way out of his huge screwup. Can’t recommend! Took our vehicle to him for a new windshield, he took all the surrounding metal trim off and sent us a pic of what the replacement entailed. A few days after getting the vehicle back the trim blew off our vehicle on the highway hitting a car behind us. When we contacted My Guy he said he never removed the windshield trim. We told him you sent us pics of you removing it. He called my wife a liar and hung up. It cost us almost $2000 to repair the damage to our vehicle due to his incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Matt was polite and professional. It’s a small shop but don’t let the size fool you. His work was first class. Knows what he’s doing and we have been pleased with the cost and the windshield is perfect. Better price than I could find anywhere and no skimping in quality. Thank you matt Dunn. I got "My Guy Auto Glass" recommended to me by the mechanic that did my car inspection, saying that he'd be much less expensive than the national companies, and since I'd be paying from my wallet, cost matters! Anyways, Jay did a great job replacing my Civic windshield, at a price *almost half* what Safelite quoted me. He's a one-person shop, so have a bit of patience, but I bet that you'll be very happy with how everything turns out.

Highly, highly recommended. He works quickly but carefully. Really genuine guy, friendly and loves what he does. It shows in your work when you enjoy what you're doing. He charged about $150 less than 2 other quotes I got, met me locally and got it done fast. Did a great job too, I'm very appreciative of his good attitude and customer service. Whether it's repair or replacement, call him it's worth it!

1000% would recommend coming here for all your glass needs and especially to support local business ! It was impeccable customer service and super quick , high-quality work - that you can watch I might add ! I am so grateful to Jay for repaing my daughters windshield. He came to us and showed up early, he did a stellar job replacing her windshield. His work was immaculate, professional and honest. Paid him to switch glass on my el camino he never did over several weeks i tried to get my money back never did in contact with my lawyer now he is still refusing to answer text i also contacted attorney General all over 100 bucks i told my lawyer i would drop charges if he simply gives me my money back
