I had a dent right next to my windshield and the windshield near the dent was shattered. They are the SAME PRICE to come to your house as it is to go to the shop! They worked in the small window of time it wasn’t raining this week and even banged out the dent the best they could when they 100% were not expected to. They took a wire brush and cleaned off rust that was around the edge of where the windshield goes before putting the new one on. They were over the moon nice and genuine people. Best price I could find around here and best people. Customer service answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. They drove about an hour to my house just days after I made the phone call. These folks were an absolute pleasure to work with. After a total waste of time with SafeLite (they wouldn't touch my car because there were OBD codes on it), I ended up calling Monadnock Auto Glass at the recommendation of the Subaru Dealer. I made the appointment on the phone with a live human being, who was super nice. She told me 2-3 hours to replace the glass and calibrate the cameras. I dropped off at 8am this morning, went for a long walk and came back at 9:45. A few minutes later, I saw my car drive by and it was all done! I hope to never have to replace another windshield but if I do, I know who to call first.

***updated 9/1/2023 AMAZING! They did a mobile insurance replacement on my windshield and their shop is 35 miles from my house! Came right out (2 days). Super professional and friendly, both on the phone and the installer/installation. I feel really grateful to live in a part of the world where service like this continues to be the norm. I got a rock chip in the roof glass of my Tesla and NOBODY wanted to touch it. I called monadnock auto glass and they were willing to at least take a look at the damage. After inspection, the technician said it was repairable and took my car out back. In about 45 minutes he was able to fill the crack with resin and it looks a lot better! The damage is still slightly visible, but I have peace of mind knowing it’s been fortified with the filler. For $75, Monadnock auto glass saved me from a $1,600 glass replacement from Tesla. Thank you!!!

My windshield cracked from one end to the other and with just one phone call, bam, my windshield was replaced. No hassle what so ever. We were quoted a price for windshield replacement. Upon doing the work, Monadnock Auto Glass found that the windshield had been replaced before (we did not know this) and it was done very badly. In order to do the replacement, they had to clean up rust and fix other small items... regardless they did the work for their original quote! And it looks fantastic!! If you need new glass for your windshield or I'm guessing anything else I got my windshield replaced they were the best price around. They gave me a date and just a couple of days. They called me in the morning just like they said they would. Their technician was at my home exactly when they said they would be. They did an extremely thorough and professional job. Replaced the heavily pitted windshield of my F150. They gave me OEM and replacement windshield options, got me in within a couple of days from my request for a quote, were ready to service my truck shortly after I arrived, and had the work done in about an hour and a half. I'll start by saying this was the easiest glass shop I've ever worked with. After going to safelite multiple times and being told they couldn't change my windshield due to my sensors not working, Monadnock auto had zero issues getting them to read and replaced the windshield in the course of a day once they got the parts in.
