**READ THIS REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!** 2 nights ago my teenage son & friends were headed back from VT to MA from a ski trip. The vehicle in front of them released a giant block of ice from their car, smashing the front windshield of my 2021 RAM. This was 4:30pm, I was in CA for work and my wife was at home 2 hours away. I searched online to see who in the area was open to assess the situation. 1st business I called was closed, but I called Armor Auto Glass and Yori picked up. THIS NEXT PART IS WHY EVERYONE SHOULD BE USING YORI!! I explained the situation to Yori, and he said he’d remain open until the tow truck delivered the truck and boys, offered to lend them a vehicle to get home. Meanwhile, we had arranged a tow truck to be there in 30 mins.(I won’t mention the name, but it includes the word Castle) and after 2.5 hours they never showed, didn’t pick up the phone when my son & wife called - essentially stranding these boys in Londonderry. We arranged for the boys to drive the keys to his shop (a friend was also coming through town) & leave my truck in a parking lot overnight. Long/short, Yori waited at the shop the entire time, because as he said to me “ I have kids and would want someone to help them in this situation also.” THIS IS A TREMENDOUS HUMAN BEING! The next morning, Yori arranged for a tow, and I found out he had called the local police to notify them my truck was there - to not tow it for unlawful parking the night before! I can detail the exceptional experience working with Yori, his involvement in the insurance process & his constant updates throughout the day. I hope you get a sense of how he operates his business from the way he handles people. The man is extraordinarily kind, ten workmanship flawless and the communication concise & timely. Yori, thanks for taking an interest in the boys safety and well-being first and foremost, but also for expediting the repair. If I ever need a window replacement, it’s nice to know Armor Auto Glass is only a few hours away!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS ISN’T ENOUGH! Okay listen… I never write reviews. Like ever. But I just had to take a second to shout from the rooftops (or at least from my freshly repaired windshield) how AMAZING Armor Auto Glass in Salem, NH is!They got me in SO fast—like superhero speed fast—and had everything done just in time for our family vacation. I was literally doing a happy dance in the parking lot. Not only was the service quick, but they were kind, professional, and made the whole experience smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter!!!! If you need glass work done, RUN to Armor Auto Glass. I’m telling everyone I know even strangers at the grocery store. Absolute legends. I’m still in ahh over how easy and awesome this was. Ended up with a stone crack prior to having a planned LONG business trip so needed to get the wind shield replaced immediately. Called 3 business's in York and had to leave voice mails for everyone. Jillayne at Armor was the first to call back which was prompt ! ! The other company actually sent me a text instead of calling asking for my VIN #. The 3rd company never did call. Set up the appointment with Jillayne and she scheduled me in 2 days for an early morning appointment of which Ricky and Alfonso showed up promptly to replace the wind shield. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. These folks are all about service and I really appreciated how quickly they took care of me. Hats off to them :)

I would give them more stars if I could! They’re simply the best in the game! They did a fantastic job at replacing my windshield and the quality has been great so far — no leaks or anything like that. Yori was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He even offered me a loan car when they needed to keep mine for extra work on the windshield, and had someone drive it back to me the next morning. When a light popped up on my dash, he was right on it, checking in on me to make sure everything was all good (and thankfully, the light disappeared on its own!). Overall, this is 100% the place to go for windshield fixes—Yori and his team are just awesome!

Highly Recommend! The team at Auto Armor Glass was amazing. They were quick to respond to my questions, offered an extremely fair price (which competitors did not), and even called to communicate they had an earlier opening available after a cancellation. They came out to my house to replace my windshield and were in and out within a half an hour (not to mention on a day with high winds). They were professional, friendly, and proficient. Super happy with my windshield repair. The owner Yuri was very helpful and patient in setting up the appointment and answering my questions, and got me in within just a few days of calling. The tech Noah who did the windshield was a super nice guy. All stickers and easy pass were put back on, with care. Windshield looks solid and hasn’t had any issues. Would highly recommend! Side note-they are located in Salem and the owner has asked Google to update the address, but it hasn’t reflected yet.

Yuri and team at armour auto glass are the best Totally saved me and delivered on time and in short order . These guys are superb! I called in after business hours and my call was still returned within an hour or so. Uri got on a call with the insurance company to get my glass claim squared away, then quickly got me on the schedule. They picked up and dropped my car off, and went above and beyond when my windshield wiper was being difficult to make sure the job was done correctly. Stand up service. I highly recommend them!

Yuri is the man! I asked him if it was possible to get the factory glass with the 75th anniversary graphics. He conferenced my insurance company on the phone right there and got the authorization to get the glass i asked for. The work was perfect and they left a troll doll, candy , and air freshener. My wife scoffed the doll right away. Thanks guys you're my only glass installer now!

Safelite canceled on me 3x. Yuri with Armor glass gave a quote that came in under $50 and was able to get me scheduled next morning. The team was all friendly, and all made me feel welcome. They were a class act. Please consider this location before paying for someone to “come meet you at work” just to have them cancel. Armor Auto Glass in Salem, NH….you dont need to go anywhere else!
