I was very pleased with Safelite when they came to me and replaced my windshield at my job! I discovered a gnarly impact point and crack that grew larger by the day a few days before I had an appointment to get my car inspected. I needed a replacement ASAP and Safelite was able to accommodate me. The tech Jonathan was great and very attentive. Had an awesome upbeat and friendly attitude. Gave me a quick but very informative run down of the service and got right to work. He finished fast and did a fantastic job. This was my first time using Safelite and while I opted not to go through my insurance, I still paid MUCH less than what I would have by going through my insurance and I was more than pleased that an alternate payment method was offered (pay in 4 installments) at check out. I didn’t use it but it’s great to know it’s available in the future if needed. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend this store location. I will definitely be using them again if I need any vehicle glass repaired or replaced! Thank you, Safelite!

I would like to preface this review by saying - Im sure its not this locations fault, they were very accommodating. But unfortunately, about 3 days out from my scheduled appointment (window replacement) i received a call from their customer service center informing me that they did not have the glass in stock, and that my appointment was cancelled, before they had even made contact with me. Now i understand the glass being difficult to source, as i do drive an older vehicle. BUT HOWEVER a call 2 weeks after the appointment was scheduled, and only 3 days before the appointment date is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I had no time to plan a backup appointment soon enough. Why would they wait that long to tell me they were going to flat out cancel? You tell me. I HIGHLY recommend GRANITE STATE GLASS INSTEAD. These corporations have only gotten worse.

Recently we had our rear window broken on our vehicle and had to have it replaced. Safelite was available in five days to come out. They arrived on a Thursday, but they were missing a connector for the rear defroster. Tech admitted that he should have checked for this prior to coming out as the window was in a box. Had to reschedule for another five days out. Second tech replaced the window, but installed the rear wiper blade backwards so I had to make another call to have them come out again. They came back the next day and adjusted the wiper. When asked, Safelite offered no compensation since we had to take three days out of work to get this accomplished. Would not recommend to anyone to use their services. No customer service and difficult to get a real person on the phone when scheduling.

Had a mobile visit today planned to fix a small crack in my windshield. Note: it happened to be snowing. Joel let me know when he was on his way and showed up right in time. 10/10 communication. Joel showed up with a smile and was ready to help me out. It was supposed to be a repair, but when he saw my windshield, he told me due to the location, it had to be swapped out. Joel didn’t just tell me that and leave; he explained the science behind why a crack there would need a full swap. He went on to further assist me by offering a swap out and even helped look up my insurance info to help better understand my glass coverage. 10/10 from Joel in all aspects. Could have just made it a quick visit in the snow. But he took his time to help me out. Highly recommend.

Joel was execellent. There was a small chip in my kiddos windshield. Being their first car, I was hoping it would be a quick and painless experience. We arranged to have it done at their school, but that morning realized we should probably cancel and go to the location. Since we were the first stop of the day our technician didn’t get the message in time and called that he was on the way. I explained what it happened and he had said I am almost there. I can go take a look and if the kiddo can’t come out to unlock the car I’ll call and let corporate know. It all worked out perfectly, saved us a trip. Even my 16 year old was impressed by his work and commented how clean the windshield was. Great work Safelite and Joel! We appreciate you.

This place is a joke. 5/15/25 called for a passenger side window replacement. Made an appointment a week later 5/22/25 (thought it was way too far out but whatever.5/20/25 came and they call me saying they couldn’t do my car on 5/22 due to the part that came in, came in broken. Call the office and asked if the part ever came in the lady says no. So someone is lying. I’m guessing they ordered the part late and didn’t come in on the scheduled time so they wanted to push me back to the following Tuesday a week from 5/20 to replace it. Call my normal window replacement company. Passenger side window I’ll be in tomorrow and will be replaced tomorrow. Safelite is a complete joke. And to top it off safelite was 175 more expensive.

I had a small chip with some small cracks coming out of it in my windshield. On their website, Safelite made the process of getting the repair extremely easy and convenient. After handling the insurance stuff for me, they sent their technician, Preston, to do the repair at my house during my chosen time frame. Preston was cordial and professional and definitely seemed to know what he was doing. And by the looks of the repair, he did an excellent job. I received expert service from a very competent technician at a time and place convenient to me! I have used Safelite in the past with similar results. I will absolutely use them again in the future if needed.

I recently had my windshield replaced on my Audi S4 at Safelite, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they kept me updated with reminders and ETA notifications. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and handled my vehicle with care. The replacement was done efficiently, and the final result looks perfect—OEM quality and no issues with sensors or calibration. Called made an appointment told them I wanted to pay so my auto body technician didn’t have to wait. Month goes by apparently they never charged me they put my card on file without consent. When they called after completing the job which post-pone my auto body technician 2-3 days due to payment even though I was told payment wasn’t due til end of service. Had to drive 30 miles to the store when I explained my situation they didn’t care and told me they don’t need permission to put my card on file which is incorrect.

Courteous start at the point of contact. Was given a full explanation of the windshield replacement process , time and offered bottled water and coffee . The process was completed in less than 2 hours. I was presented with a statement and guarantee and on line access for the Calibration. The car came back clean with my requested front and rear wipers replaced. The tech who was assigned to my vehicle did a professional installation in a very timely fashion.
