Got me scheduled in for a windshield chip repair on 1 or our dump trucks, I arrived at their shop and the service was fast. Great people to do business with, I have been using them anytime I need automotive glass service since the mid 2000’s I have found their pricing over the years to be right in line with other glass companies if not better. They are a small local business, I am also which is one more reason that I like using them rather than one of the “Chain” glass companies. Great people to deal with!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an appointment scheduled for 2-4, so when the dog shelter I volunteer at in Newport needed at afternoon walker, I was happy to help out. Only when I got home at 1:45 your guys were already sitting in my driveway, incredibly annoyed that they had to wait. After an exchange of words & the rudeness from the driver, I told them they could just go ahead & leave if that was the attitude they were going to have about it. As he drove off he yelled "yeah like you take your dog to work!" because she was in the backseat as if I was just out joyriding knowing they were going to show up early. I had them replace my windshield 6 months ago, and everything was great! Up until I had two huge cracks appear where my windshield wipers are. How can glass break that easily within such a short time span, and from something like a windshield wiper? I went back to see if they would replace it or do a discounted price, because I HAD JUST had it replaced and it already cracked, and the technician was very rude and dismissive, so unprofessional and unkind. I had a great experience working with American Auto Glass. I purchased a used car and the replacement windshield was installed very poorly causing rain water to leak into the cabin of the vehicle. The guys at American Auto Glass were able to identify exactly where the water was entering the car. They did an excellent job replacing my windshield, perfectly centered, and properly sealed. My experience was absolutely amazing, my car window was unfortunately smashed in. I called the night it happened and they were able to get me in 2 days later for the repair and had done within an hour! It looks like nothing even happened to my car . I can’t thank American auto glass enough for getting me in as quickly as they did and the great job that they did. A tree branch fell on my truck & cracked my windshield 🤦🏾‍♂️ They do Great work. They got my specialized windshield installed pretty quick too I must say. & most of all to me was the customer service, Very friendly staff, owner & an awesome dog mascot 😊❤️ They took care of calling my insurance company, did all the paperwork & made the experience very easy for me. I would definitely recommend this place

After missing an appointment with this company, the receptionist assured they would give me a courtesy text of my next appointment. That didn't happen and when I called to reschedule the owner said he was "all set" with doing the work. I'll tell everyone I know to avoid this place and go to my guy auto glass. The technician was immediately dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that he could not fix the leak in my car, but saying "do you know how a moon roof works, you probably don't" was unnecessary, rude, and definitely misogynistic. Even if he could have fixed my leak I would never give money to such an unprofessional jerk.NegativeProfessionalism

The process was easy and painless from start to finish. Lindsay was extremely helpful when scheduling and dealing with my insurance. Joe and crew came to me to do the replacement, so I didn't have to take time off from work. They had the job done in 30 minutes! Professional and great service all the way through!
